lawn都要一个月1千多块钱，这可是工资税后要付的啊。。。30年房贷4%的利率每个月
mortgage要2000~3000，地税就要差不多一半了。不知道大家都是怎么买房供房的？第
一次买房，很多地方都在学习，希望有经验的人给解释解释。 |

are eligible deductions, not sure about property tax.
property tax, in general, is related to good school district. Over 30 Abott
school districts in new jersey take about 50% of state school budget, the
other over 600 school districts take the other 50%. Welcome to nj home
