一定要这么做么？
我一直是基本的低热+运动，高蛋白低碳水，但碳水没低到那么极端。现在离理论理想
体重差4-5磅，其实外形已经很fit了，就是想继续cut,get leaner, lower body fat
to reveal muscles.
好像减不太动了。下去了，也很容易反弹回这最后的几磅。
这个阿氏什么情况下需要？需要长期保持么？ |

Fighting Illini's strength is the back court. Both Dee and Daron
are national youth team member and usually play well. But their
inside is a problem. Augustin is good, but looks too lean and
still not very experienced. Nick Smith is leaner. Roger Powell
is too short, though strong enough.
My feeling is that with the current lineup, Illini is a soild team,
but can't expect them to go too high. Next year they probably
can still make sweet 16, but fail in advancing to elite 8.

碎牛肉（不记得1磅还是2磅的package装， 93%lean， the leaner the better)
1碗左右红萝卜（切块备用）
1碗左右西兰花（切小块备用）
2个罗马西红柿（切块，也可用其它大号或特小号西红柿代替）
适量用multi grain做的杂米饭（我用了2/3碗量左右。饭是用来点缀的，最好不要超过
牛肉的量。 也可以用白饭代替）
2个鸡蛋在碗里打散备用
少量Sargento Classic Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese(也可以用其它cheese代替）
四五块姜片
做法：
1. 放少量水进锅烧滚后放入红萝卜和西兰花块，滚一会等熟了，把水腻掉备用。
2. 锅里放一点点菜油，放姜片炒香后放入碎牛肉翻几下，加盖，等炆出油，汁, 八九成熟的时候，放入西红柿继续翻几下
3. 然后依次放入杂米饭，蛋液炒
4. 最后撒点cheese翻匀. 等cheese有点融化显粘就可以出锅了。 出锅前把姜挑出来丢掉。

起因是这样：
我和两个朋友去另一个城市买车，走I25高速。由于指示牌没有看清楚，
出错了exit，只好重新上高速。我知道上高速前要提速，于是就踩油门，
突然发现前面是大的急转弯，赶紧转动方向盘，紧接着又是一个转弯，
我感到车尾猛得一甩，有些out of control了。从后视镜看到后面紧跟
着一部车，当时脑子就是一片空白。幸好坐在passenger位置上的人反应
够快，帮我把稳了方向盘，及时控制好了车，一车人吓出了一身冷汗。
好在后面没有因此而惊慌失措，定了定神又继续上路。
在那got a good deal，买了一辆性价比很高的车。问题又来了，怎么开
回去？因为我只有leaner's permit，而另两个人只有一个有licence，
虽然开始也是预计我开回来，但我想白天应该没什么问题，可那时已经
六点多了，加上昨天改夏时制，天黑得就更早了，我还没习惯夜里开车，
眼睛不太好的说。:((
不过有些险也只有冒。朋友leading，I following，商量了很多联系信
号，然后另一个人坐我车上，帮我看信号以及观察前后左右车的情况 |

我们这儿发生点什么大事我好不用上班去了呀，可是老天开眼的时候真不多。8点半的
时候，我总是得牙一咬，眼一闭：起！ 如果8点半还起不来，后面的时间就得想辄了，
每天想一个能骗过我自己其实近乎白痴的理由并不容易。

的说的对，主要看安排你干什么。运气好的话，小公司分工没大公司细，如果你是个
QUICK LEANER，能让你学不少东西。如果这个是LOCAL CPA FIRM，你的情况是一点经验
没有，很难找到一个实习机会，这个机会对你没坏处啊。你学到东西后，就容易以后找
大些的公司了。我第一个机会就是很小的CPA FIRM，人少反倒一去就啥CASE都干，没有
打杂，让我比较快的入门了，几个月后就换到MIDE SIZE的firm了。当时也是经济不好
，俺也不牛，进不了4大的门，有个机会让我学东西，我很满足了。这只是我个人的一
点经验，你还是看你自己的实际情况吧。如果不是CPA FIRM,那俺就不知道怎么建议了

以继续offer no MA premium的plan with leaner benefit.相信member还是会买MA的.
我觉得真正的hit是2015,到时候quality bonus payment的影响会比2014大很多,star
rating低的plan会很难受,而大公司应该可以借这个机会扩张.
总而言之以后的medicare就是quality + star rating. Kaiser应该会赚翻,其他的大公
司慢慢吞食小公司,更多的公司会向staff model hmo发展.
