被传染上，就只有听天由命了。
上一周的病例就是一个老年病人突然开车晕倒，入院以后持续低血压，晚上突然就恶化
，血压低的就是恢复不了，输了十几升液体也不行，心外积液泵血不足,拼命抢救了好
久。后来恢复了。就是血管渗漏导致shock。
最后病因也差不清楚，唯一的确证的是一个流感病毒感染。
后来认为他就是属于一种极罕见的过度免疫反应，idiosyncratic capillary leakage。

针对二手自动老车
1.不启动,检查车外观,内观,音响,安全带等是否work.开前盖,检查油标看机油
标颜色,以及发动机边缘,油应该呈黄色,发动机边缘不应有机油痕迹.否则说明
有漏油现象.如果问题不严重可以不用太担心,老车都这样.另外看一下电池新旧.
2.启动车子,听发呆机有无异声.抽出油标闻闻是不是有糊味,如果有,说明有烧
机油现象,糊味很重的话,问题大了就.最好去mechanics那里检查了.检查车车
尾气颜色,晴天下应该是无色或者略微发白,如果尾气发黑,发兰说明问题严重,
最好送mechanics检查.基本上这是发动机内燃烧不完全或者在烧机油. 用手堵
住尾气口,看是不是有较强的鳖压感觉,如果发现堵住后尾气仍然能排出说明
尾气管路有漏. 检查muffler看是否腐蚀现象严重.如果严重,将来换muffler大概
又要150$+. 另外检查车身抖动是否剧烈.
3.开车上路,低速检验车的启动速度是否够快,是否有明显的自动换谠时的时间间隔
感. 转动方向盘如果有响动说明steeringoil有leakage.高速开动,检查0-85卖之
间换各档时是 |

问题: oil pump o ring leakage, upper timing chain tension fail(参见NISSAN
technical bulletin TB)
现象: idel时有咔咔声, 车右侧严重漏油
解决方案:更换o-ring(这个o-ring是典型的bad design, 5块钱的parts, 却要1000块的人
工),顺便更换timing chain.

1)timing chain upper, lower 2 根
2)timing chain guide upper/其实跟upper tension是一体的,咔咔声是因为NISSAN设计
错误(参见nissan TB), 新设计的有2个螺丝
3)lower timing chain guide, slack side, tension 不用换, tension side
也不用换,这个guide是胶木的,可惜order时买错了,买成了tension side, 问了当地店都
要90块一根,现在order 又来 |

昨天我们去check，花85块，看了Report, 这车好像Flood过，或者有Leakage. Mechanic
说对电路会有很大影响，而且一些Hose的接头都是松的，Suppose不应该这样。Radiator
的Fan有一个不Work，还有些小问题。
俺朋友就去跟卖主谈，不想买这车了，想把定金取回来，因为买主（后来发现他是在修车
铺工作）当初说有问题就退定金。这时，买主耍赖说，只要engine何transimission没问
题，他不退定金，其他问题，他可以负责修好。这样一个没有信誉的人，拿他怎么办？俺

因为车有些漏机油，上次过smog check的时候garage的人 就
说需要换。最近发现漏的挺厉害，engine的盖子上面和四周
都黑糊糊油腻腻的。经过一番research，觉得并不复杂，尤
其得到bbs上flyinwind的热心鼓励，决定DIY。
买东西：
一个Valve cover gasket, 我买的是permadry molded rubber gasket，
aotozone $16, 不过看到网上还有更便宜的，不想等了。
一瓶RTV silicon gasket sealant $4
一瓶Stop Leakage, 用于最后换机油的时候添加用的。 $5
100个塑料手套，dollar tree，$1.
吃罢午饭开始工作。按照manual的指示，首先disconnect电池
的负极。然后卸掉air filter后面的大粗橡皮管子，以及连着这个
橡皮管子的塑料盒子(resonator)和塑料盒子下的支架(resonator bracket)。

If PCV is not in that area, it could be one of your gasket (most likely VCG
valve cover gasket) is leaking oil onto CAT or exhaust.
clogged PCV system often cause leaking VCG (because pressure building in the
crankcase). be sure to check it after you fix your PCV. (you need to not

could be your oil drain plug or oil filter (which is easy and cheap to fix).
could also be that you have a crack on your oil pan (which often happen to
alumninum alloy pan, less often happen to steel or iron oil pan) |

you are picky, you should get the distilled water from any grocery
supermarket.
the risk of option 1&2 is that if you have a leakage somewhere, it is likely
you are going to lose it again. one failure I personally know of is that
Taurus tends to develope crack on the coolant reservoir itself.

先加了一瓶防漏，再加佛里昂。不知道这个顺序是否有影响，因为加防漏前空调系统内
是空的。
开了几天都没事，空调工作良好。但是大约一个月后这几天，测空调压力几乎为零 --
气压指针能轻微移动。
在接口附近没有找到防漏所说的红色痕迹，不知道是否要在加了之后立即察看。
也不确定防漏是否应该在有一定量佛里昂的情况下加。

统在15分钟内能否保持真空。加防漏和氟利昂前要抽半个小时真空把系统水汽除掉。另
外dryer也应该换个新的。
防漏可能是遇水汽而固化的，如果系统内有水汽，防漏就在管子内部固化而不一定能到
达裂缝处。

你要抽真空，autozone有出租真空泵，借来抽一下就成
得买一灌紫外染色的冷媒，去radio shack买个紫外光的led,接电池上照，找哪里
漏了。

推荐HF的那个表，前段时间好像特价。真空泵最好找化学系的借一个旋片油泵，跟买的
便宜货不在一个量级上。打气的泵用轮胎充气的就行。如果需要放氟利昂的阀和O-ring
，带荧光染料的PEG和小的紫外灯，验钞的灭蚊的随便，也可以准备一些。
真空检漏比较安全可靠，不过不知道哪里漏。加压用肥皂水可以知道大的泄漏。小的就
只能上PEG了。
有的车干燥管和Condenser在一起，要换全换。 |
