Leafy greens -- including lettuce and spinach -- top the list of the 10
riskiest foods, according to a study from a nutrition advocacy group
released Tuesday.
The Center for Science in the Public Interest listed the following foods, in
descending order, as the most risky in terms of outbreaks: leafy greens,
eggs, tuna, oysters, potatoes, cheese, ice cream, tomatoes, sprouts and
berries.

t think so. They work differently and are used for different indications
We don't want patients to stay away from spinach or green leafy vegetable,
we just want them to be consistent.that being said, if they have been eating
green leafy vegetable everyday, we want them to keep doing it.

male cylindrical catkins of the Walnut tree are developed from leafless
shoots from the past year, they are about 10 cm in length and have a large
number of little flowers. Female flowers appear in a cluster at the peak of
the current year’s leafy shoots.[4]
