Welcoming the LC-MS/MS users to comment on the plausible causes for
high background noise observed sometimes in LC-MS/MS analysis. What
are the different attributing factors responsible for high to very
high baseline level and what are the different measures to reduce the
baseline.
Also how best can we explain the rise in baseline level while doing
analysis in SIM mode compared to MRM mode.

我跟他说了，我还有3年的时间，可不可以2年做GC-MS. 一年做LC-MS。 不过，最后一
年都该写论文毕业了找工作了，不知道有没有时间做LC，或者来不来的及写到简历上。
另外，我在LECO （GC-MS)公司和GERSTEL(自动进样器公司）培训的时候，认识了几个
FDA 和啤酒公司（miller）还有food analysis的人。 可能这些地方用到GC-MS 吧。别
的还不清楚。 |

我做电池的，想看一下电池里电解质溶液在电池放电到不同depth of discharge时候，
电解质溶液有没有什么变化，是不是可以通过GC-MS/LC-MS？
电解质溶液是: 1.0M LiAsF6 in PC (Propylene carbonate) /DME (Dimethoxyethane)
。 主要是怀疑有些阴极材料放电过程中会部分溶解在电解质溶液里。
和一个做分析的实验室联系过做了LC-MS，对方说因为LiAsF6浓度太大，很难检测出电
解质溶液在放电过程中有没有新增加的杂质。不知道有没有人知道如何检测，或者如何
把LiAsF6去掉，又能保证不同时去掉可能溶解在电解质溶液的阴极材料decomposition
products.

告知虽然每一个峰会给出一个质谱，但峰值与实际含量并不总是成比例的，因为不同化
合物的离子化程度不同。
通常会用什么DETECTOR与LC连接来测样品纯度呢？

Illustrator里面编辑感兴趣的peaks.
公司的软件masshunter 可以编辑，但是选择太少，并且效果不理想。如果可以推荐其
他的可以打开或者编辑Agilent LCMS file的软件也非常感谢。
好像OriginLab可以打开netCDF格式的软件，怎样把Agilent LCMS的文件转化成netCDF
格式呢？

实验室准备买一台二手LC／MSMS。主要用于杀虫剂定量检测，有时也要用于寻找和签定
未知化学物质。
知道agilent的三级四杆质谱仪在定量方面做得很好，但和其它公司三级四杆质谱仪一
样，定性方面不强。也有推荐AB Sciex 的QTrap。还有WATERS的QTOF。

你对正弦波的驱动能力有要求吗，你现在是LC filter 输出开路，要是接负载的话，可
能vpp还会跌（取决于负载类型）。
(1) 在microcontroller 输出侧接一个高速隔离光耦，光耦的输出电压用高点，比如10
-15V.
(2) 电容上面的电压接运放。 |

For LC-MS, you can quantitate it by their ion intensity. Of course, you need
control the spray condition similar or use an internal standard to
normalize the different electrospray condition. If you know what molecules
you are looking at, you can use an isotope labeled same molecule (heavy
isotopes such as C13 instead of D are better, since it won't have
significant effect on the retention time). In this case, you will have |

发帖数: 133 | 23 HI I am doing an LC method for a drug containing a tertiary amine to couple
with MS.
Amines are known to be pretty difficult with LC.
I use TFA as ion pairing agent (A: 0.1% TFA inwater, B ACN), and the
gradient is 5% to 95% organic in 2min on a small 10cm C18 colume. I got two
peaks with similar peak area after injecting a pure compound solution in
water/acn. First eluting at solvent front and the other eluting at 2 min.
When I dissolve the compound in 0.1% TFA, I got only 1 peak at 2min. I |

In my experence, some compounds with amine show a bit tailing or broading,
not double peaks, due to the non-specific interaction of the amine group to
the silicon beads. Transitions between amine forms are too fast to be
captured by UV or MS. I never used LC-MS before, but I had some experience
with compounds with amine show decent peak shape in HPLC with UV detection
even without any modifier.

我相信国内过来的普通家庭妇女不会非要找你借铸铁锅不可——你给口普通铁锅不就啥
事没有了么，而主动找你借铸铁锅的必然是会用铸铁锅的人。
这个极品事情我觉得妹子这边做事也有问题，不是情商不够就是借锅略虚荣了一下，想
让人爸妈夸两句她的厨具……
结果人大妈不知道铸铁锅烧热连着把手都会很烫，也不知道烧热的铸铁锅不能直接淋冷

首先澄清一点，我那个朋友，我们认识很久了，她人没有什么问题，我们关系也很好，
她也帮过我很多次。这次的问题，她一直有阻拦她妈妈，我能理解孩子面对父母，再急
其实也没什么办法，总不能动手吧。她事后没有狡辩，也一直在道歉。父母的错，我不
会怪在她身上，当然，继续做朋友也是不可能了。至于那些劝我的朋友，现在他们知道
实情了，也都说我做的对。我不想一个一个人去解释，够糟心了。不要说我得理不饶人
，不要怕我撤诉。因为就算我想我也没权利撤诉！就算我想饶了他们，我也没办法。现
在我没办法左右事情。
狗狗情况不是很好，小命能保住，不过内出血止不住的话就得做手术了，目前住院观察
当中。可想她当时下脚有多狠，单凭这一件事，她妈很有可能要坐牢，不只是罚款那么
简单了。

产生生活联系后，接触大为增加，很多性格和生活习惯产生大的冲突最后导致前期的帮
助和人情都打了水漂。比如提供住所的情况，一个人打呼噜，另一个人睡觉轻有轻度失
眠症之类。
这个LC小留的情况，反正已经撕破脸到这个地步了，再怎么补救，大概率连普通陌生人
那种水平都回不到了。所以要么不得罪人，要么就彻底得罪死。 |
