Both jobs are in the same city and formulation work is closer to home.
These two fields are new to me. I am an Analytical Chemist in HPLC, GC, and
NMR and I don't know which one fits me better, though I like them both. Your
input will be much appreciated! |

training and education; 2, better career growth and job security.

personal feeling. I am not so sure about future development in formulation.
But the LC-MS/MS job is in the same company that my husband works. So we
want to divert to make us safer, at least in our feeling, in current job
market. Thanks! |

formulators understand a lot of drug development especially animal study and
clinical design.
