事实上，事件是由这位＂南京老板＂自己的＂洋雇员＂打电话报警并向加拿大税务局举
报后才被揭露出来的。。。
调查报告撰写者Kathy Tomlinson表示，加拿大现行的房地产管理体系中有不少漏洞，
不少本地居民和外国投资者都在钻空子愚弄政府，＂play the system＂。
他们的行为就是在给温哥华房产市场火上浇油，因为他们的唯一目的就是炒房赚钱。
揭露
温哥华人Demetre Lazos是一名房地产建筑师，从业三十多年。
他觉得，不能再眼睁睁看着温哥华的房价摧毁人们的生活，而袖手旁观了。
所以，他要把自己前任老板所做的事都揭露出来--简单来说六个字：避税，骗贷炒房。
他联系了警方和加CRA（加拿大税务局），叙述了自己的上司Kenny Gu所做的一切：
Kenny Gu（顾俊刚，Jun Gang Gu音译）,曾是中国南京一名公务员，来到加拿大之后利
用房地产制度漏洞，轻松避税，通过炒房赚取大笔资金。
Lazos向警方提供了顾俊刚逃税和欺诈的文字及文件证据。
