好办，并且他还说我的case太小，我的medical bill总共只有3千多，并且几个月前我

Frankly speaking, for the same lawyer, somebody may like him/her, somebody
may not, and the effectiveness of the collaboration also depends on their
interaction. So probably a normal rating is that some reviews are good, and
some reviews are not so good, but not necessarily that bad.
If a lawyer is not responsive all the time, it's probably the time to move

最近美东刮起一股买房热潮，我不适时宜的在NJ东北部买了房。经历了这么一趟感觉学
到了很多买房的知识。在这里和大家分享一下，希望对一些人有用。以下是我的个人经
历和意见，有的地方难免会不准确，大家还是要咨询咨询专业人士。再有，我买的是
house，如果买Apartment, 有的可能不适用。
先说说买房整体流程。
如果你知道在哪里买房子，你可以直接上网上开始找房子，同时找real estate agent
。如果你不知道买哪个town或者哪个区域的房子，你可以先找个靠谱的Agent,然后让你
的Agent给推荐一个适合你的条件的town或者小区。
如果需要贷款，找朋友问一个靠谱的Banker给一个Pre-approval. 这个Pre-apprval很

messages. So let us respond as fairly as possible.
First of all, based on this write-up we believe that this person doesn't
know much about how the advocacy works. We think that anyone talking about
Admin fix for recapture just doesn't seem to know what they are talking. So
we think most of this is unrealistic number-throwing exercise to somehow
make a show that someone is in the know.
