这完全是篮筹股对成长股的区别. 新来的小印小中买不进篮筹区只能买阳谷县交通房成
长区.次好学区肯定追上. 毕竟人口组成进程是cupertino化. 但每天早上Hwy85北向堵
到hwy237不是开玩笑的. 晚上下班南向85, Lawerence, Wolfe,Mathilda, Mary 咋样?
工业区与居民区好像是以Central Expr为分界线.

trial judegement. On July 3rd there was a police man went to the property to
serve the eviction notification, and on the same day the tenant filed a
motion trial(new trial). Yesterday when the policeman went back to the
property and to check if the tenant has moved out himself. But the tenant
showed a court document to the policeman,which is the eviction is on hold
and there will be a new trial.

女儿这学期要6月初才能结束，所以只能在CAPE COD 忍着了。俺这个待业船长彻
底下岗了。船已经运到KEY WEST码头了，CAPE 这里只剩下一条原来钓淡水的6马力。
又因为俺一直没工作，经常饱受女儿的英文调侃，反正学个新词就得拽我身上试试
，估计大意就是说我是那种吃饱饭没事干的社会闲散人员。
去年有天女儿突然回家跟我说，你为什么不去工作？
是因为你讲英文有Chinese accent，找不到工作吗！我的朋友的爸爸不是lawer就是
general manager。俺勃然大怒到，你个小王八蛋，还敢嫌弃你爹！想当年俺麾下何止
……，女儿跳着脚笑道，你不是说好汉不提那个什么什么勇敢吗！
后来女儿在学校又认识了另外一个好朋友，小姑娘金发碧眼，长的跟洋娃娃一样一

吧？估计上庭以后罚金会过千才对。CLAM大概是3毛到5毛一个的市场价罚金应该才3000
刀上下。 另外既然你是交了保释金就不应该出国。 美国管不了你飞回国， 但是回来
就别考虑了被抓了就是逃跑罪， 罪上加罪， 走了就别回来了。
NOW， 即使请了律师， 律师出庭求情的首要就是本人到场SHOW RESPECT TO THE LAW,
COURT AND JUDGET。 你人不到， 法官及有可能直接发通缉令。更何况你是在保释中还
不出庭， 就是美国的大牌明星法官都发了通缉令你这个可能被通缉的。然后赏金猎人
就会出现在你家门口。 BTW, 抓你的赏金会让你自己出。
SO， NOW, 正确的处理方法是既然是刑事罪就应该指定要个免费的律师（NOT SURE

Lawrence大坝，发现坝的上方300米处有个放船码头。到了大坝上没有发现可以走下去
的地方，一侧悬崖陡壁30来米高。开车去另一侧，没有停车的地方，蹒跚下走观察一下
水流水深，水流还行，水深太浅，不足一尺。图一，这里不像有鱼的地貌。另一边下不
去因该比较好，因为有缓冲小石滩。继续绕圈去大坝下游一个公园模样的地方，有近
200米的地方可以钓鱼，但是水浅水流急喘。到了一座大桥下，水还是特浅，桥墩底座
都露了出来，挂掉了几套钓组算数。在近岸浅滩上，发现数十条Blue Herring浮尸，尺
把来长，天冷冻死的？Merrimack河上经常有Striper出没，它们就是跟着这些Herring
来的，Lawernce大坝之上（图一）是不可能会有Striper游上去的，一般都是Lawerence
以北（Harvardhill）这些地段才有海鲈。Merrimack河上几个地方我都去探过点，现在
看来南边Chelmsford那段还是不错的。此坝非彼坝，NH司马野大坝的确不错，时机对头
，鱼的密度相当高。 |

PhD做的东西，从来就是给funding预备的，从来就没有称得上前沿的，叫是那么叫---

NSF，NIH这样的机构，其余的像Darpa，Pentagon，这样的赞助单位，谁稀罕你的前沿
啊，全是拿来用的。
lawerence berkeley national lab从2000年开始流失了一批优秀的物理学家，是因为
他们对当时的经济booming感到很不可理解----这个lab集中着最顶级的精英，最多的诺
奖得主，却各个拿着微薄的收入。 那个时代，一个本科以美术为专业的只要学个C
plus plus/ JAVA 就能找到oracle的一份年薪8万/股票若干/福利上等的好job。

时决定开车在加拿大和美国东北部转一圈。不是很exciting的行程，但鉴于准备实在仓
促，总体上还算满意。3个人14天包括吃饭一共花了2500美元。
行程从密歇根州出发，沿Lake Erie往东到达Niagra Falls，在沿Lake Ontario继续往
东到达Kingston的千岛湖。沿St. Lawerance River一路往北，经过Montreal和Quebec
City，到达此行最北端的Tadoussac看鲸鱼。在Tadoussac往南半个多小时车程的St.
Simen坐轮渡穿过圣劳伦斯河，沿St. John River一路往东，到达加拿大境内大西洋沿
岸的Fundy National Park看潮汐。沿大西洋南下，经过Acadia National Park，波士
顿和纽约。最后从纽约返回密歇根。

说起衰型的，Ben Stiller是我的大爱。meet the fockers,heartbreak kid,都是那种

雨点小的打斗场面，足够唬人的特效设计，五官及格的青春男女，坚持为主角开金手指
的情节推进，这些特点都一应俱全而且十分鲜明。
它比《暮光》之流强出N档，足可冲出teenager走向中老年（？）的主要优势在于

下面来说说我知道的。我也没什么料要爆，我比朱令高一级，1991到1999我都在清华，
只是聊一下作为一个旁观者这19年来观测到的，算是一部分背景知识吧。我是理学院的
（数学，物理，化学，生物），对化学系接触的可能比非理学院的相对近一些，不过其
实深究的话也多不了太多。如果我下面聊的信息太少，那是我自己太孤陋寡闻。
我先说说什么时候知道孙维是投毒嫌疑人的吧。朱令她们二字班进校的时候，有什么美
女多多少少都会注意到。实话实说，朱令的长相也一般，远不到女神的程度。学校里的
美女在男生的卧谈会上那是如数家珍，尤其是同系或者相近系的美女。朱令还是挺默默

我是2005年才知道朱令案的，刚开始我是相信孙维是凶手的， 大家都这么相信的呀，
肯定有原因有道理。 但是最近看了读了了解了很多当时的情形之后， 我却越来越觉得
孙维不是凶手了。
首先是因为2005年底她的声明， 还有就是她的同寝室乃至同班的几个同学都出来支持
她， 在从很多方面看， 孙维不是那种极端忧郁容易钻牛角尖的人， 而是那种活泼，
爱说爱笑， 心眼直， 和同学朋友关系不错的人。 五年的大学生活， 她基本上就是生
活在同学的眼皮子低下的。 她的同学能义无反顾地跳出来支持她， 足以说明她的为人
值得他们相信。
好吧， 现在很多人把支持她的人都说成是她的同伙共谋甚至帮凶凶手， 以解释为什么
他们要支持孙维。 但是我不相信这么多人都是凶手帮凶， 因为能二次投毒杀人还能瞒
这么久， 那得要多极端多可怕多不可思议的人才能下得了手， 而且下两次手， 还能
