He singled out the Chinese debt for requiring special concern, when it's
only 1/7 of total debt, and <1/20 of the entire obligation. He race-baited
the kids to say something outrageous. When he got the outrageous comment,
he LAUGHed and later brought back the idea to say: "should we allow the
Chinese to live?".
The kids were encouraged and laughing the entire show. Before and after the
extremely violent racist message. The flippant altitude is the problem.

The question he asked was: "We owe the Chinese a lot of money, 1.3 trillion
dollars". and invite the solution. He singled out the Chinese debt as
issue of special concern, when it actually is a very small part of the
overall US government obligations.
