to unload groceries.
2. Laudry room should be private.
3. There is no laudry on second floor. You may install a small laudry
elevator to throw cloths and sheets down to the first floor laudry room.
4. Add another half bath on the first floor which is close to the living
room.
5. For such as big house, each bedroom should have a full bath room. |

房间根本没有水池，upgrade是加水池？如果是后者，那还是很有用的呀。在laudry
room没有sink,那很土也，而且以后在做pluming的活也很麻烦
2. pre wire fan, 这个是指在天花板上开好电源口吧，即使用remote ,电扇的电源怎
么走线呢？
3. recessed lights,价格稍稍贵点，但是自己请人来做是70-100/一个 labor + 材料
， 而且到时候要另外开墙，补墙，刷墙，不如现在做了，这个是增加value的。
4. internet/phone jet 请人做是一个$75, builder做的价格好像还好，而且房间不多
，全加也没多少钱，这个卖房子的时候其实卖点不强也。不过就自己方便。
5. 43-cabinet must, power room must.
6.当然啦如果所有的东西都准备自己做，不请人做，那就什么不用加，自己动手。

Laudry room, a kitchen storage room，a utility room. Contractor charges $35k
+。
如果可行的话,目前的花费只是$15K。有一个新的厨房（虽然小），保留一个garage 给
我太太用（否则她时不时地会唠叨，我喜欢peace，呵呵）。我自己想买($2k)或做一个
shed，手动门当作一个garage，county 管不了吧。
所以，如果可行的话，就不动garage了。 |

我家的laudry room和厨房的管道连一起，现在洗衣服抽水的时候，厨房的sink就冒臭
水上来。以前也没有过这个问题。 打电话给home warranty，来了一B&B plumbing 公
司的大胖子什么也没做。说要重改管道，加自动vent才能解决。什么也没做，走了我还
得给他60刀。
后来home warranty打电话说我们不cover管道改造。如果找他们公司作要$350。真窝火
。刚买房不久，什么plumbing都不懂。有没有其他办法修呀？ 谢谢了！ |

要不试试清理一下管道（laudry room和厨房的管道合在一起后的总管道）?
有可能厨房管道流出的油沉积在管道上使管道不畅,水不能快速排走,就会从sink冒出来

等到发现时一整缸水都在地上

现在地下室还在滴水
一楼laudry room是瓷砖 地下室drywall天花板
