489,900。我的客人under contract，做了房屋检查，没有发现大问题。小的维修屋主

发帖数: 1647 | 3 从平均上来说，walton, pope, lassiter基本上差别不大。三个学校标准考试分数就算
有高低，也是相差不太大的。要分胜负，就从拔尖学生水平来说，walton好过pope好过
lassiter。
然后他们又各有长处啦，比如lassiter的音乐比较好啦，walton的数学好啦。也有人说
小孩不是太拔尖的话，上沃顿会很辛苦。另外这三个学区里，应该算沃顿区平均上最有
钱，所以小孩会有嗑药的问题啦。总之这个里面方方面面很多因素。
另外你要考虑的比较细的话，还有考虑FEED到这三个高中的小学和初中。基本上都是好
学校，但是也是各有千秋。
又，如果是小于半个米林的预算的话，那沃顿的房子真是又老又丑。。。。。。
如果在downtown上班，需要上75的话，walton区的北边和pope区的南边，是你最好的选
择，这样上75的265口比较近。但是75挺堵的。走local住哪里，孰我路盲，回答不了。 |

经接近秋水店室内60人左右容纳能力的极限，很快不得不暂停接收加入。故提前告知。

Dickerson初中最著名, 这个区的小学都非常好，很多华人为这学区搬过来，提供你做

Lassiter High学区的也有。有兴趣我可以带您看看这三个学区的房子，看完后我相信
您对location和各学区房子的性价比会有很好的概念。 |

发帖数: 1647 | 20 10 miles during rush hour means 30-45mins. I am not kidding.
Don't know what place you are talking about, but if the house is zoned to
feed into Walton/Pope/Lassiter High Schools, then the area it's in should
mostly be safe and the elementary school should mostly be good.
You biggest problem would be to actually find a rental. There are not many
apartments; and houses fly off the market whether they are for sale or for
rent.

the statement below by SS spokesman is true. That would mean she hired >10
illegal immigrants.
