正在进行Nationwide IUL protector保险的购买申请，但是发现了几个问题，agent没
能给出确切答复，想看这里有没有人了解。
按照保险公司提供的购买方案，在默认7.1%收益率的情况下，选择20年按月付款的方式
，一个月付$210，付满20年就可以cover终生，到死可以拿回$50万。
这里有几个问题：
1、买时是按照7.1%收益率，但如果买了以后，如果有的年份实际收益率低于7.1%，而
有的年份高于7.1%，是不是每月的premium都会随之变动？极端一点，如果20年内实际
收益率一直低于7.1%，该怎么算？是每月多交？还是20年以后再计算差值补交？如果是
20年以后补差值，那是已经5、60岁了，计算的rate是不是要按照5、60岁来计算，那样
的话将会非常昂贵。

换工作肯定作废，没法带走。
我说的是个人自己从保险公司买term保险，20年、30年都有，保额50或100万，并不贵
，夫妻俩只需要月付100~200，对家人是个保障，自己睡觉也踏实些。
像我和LD从AGLA（AIG子公司）买的35年term，两个人各100万，每月付$180，付20年后
就不用再付，负担不会累。到35年后如果没用上保险，那是阿弥陀佛、健康平安，也不
过牺牲43200$，花钱买平安。万一需要用到保险，100万赔付足够维持家庭开支和付孩
子学费的，可以除去后顾之忧。
注意买term保险一定要有guarantee no lapse条款，明确写明你交多少年之后就不用再
交保险费，而保险要一直持续30年有效。
其他的投资类人寿保险俺们也研究了，觉得不好，很多弯弯绕和陷阱，怕投资进去打水
漂（比如过几年随便涨保费，不添钱进去就让整个保险作废，让人进退两难），所以不
打算买了。
呵呵，俺给保险公司做广告了，应该跟agent去要些commision才对 :P |

卖american style options (99% 股票 options）的永远不知道你到底会不会被assign
。尤其是最后被pin在strike 附近。
四点的价格只是决定一个options是不是 ITM。至于ITM后会不会被assign，要看买家。
比如NVDA, 周5收盘价 170.4， 所以170c ITM。不过4：15最后交易170.01. 170c的买
家可能会要求lapse。
所以你如果卖了170c，你被assign的可能性50% 以上，但不是100%。
这种对卖covered call 的区别不大，反正拿着股票。对买卖options spread的问题很
大。比如你买了165/170 c spread，就有可能170c没有被assign，结果165c exercise。
这里有两个问题，一个是margin问题，一个是如果naked long的risk就很大了。
E神人不错，options书读过不少，不过options的实战经验应该还少。建议研究一下
options pin risk.

No, you won't be able to renew the H-1B if the I-485 is denied. You'll have
to leave the country and then try to apply for a non-immigrant visa from
outside of the US. This is the risk in letting the H-1B lapse. Note, however
