Yes, sure, you can change the "Language used in menus and dialogs"
under the "Lanuages" Tab in Regional and Language Options,
to your specific lanuage AFTER you install the MUI.
But even you don't install MUI, you can still change the option
"Language for non-Unicode programs" under "Advance " Tab in Regional
and Langua |

English, tells them American stories and American maner rules. My older boy
speaks both lanuage easily now and he can get along with the other AMerican
kids very easy. She doesn't work for us during weekend.

Other pictures have too many cartoons, or inflammatory language.
Also, they do not think they will fire Jimmy, we set bar high, but we could

中文界面，system, settings, appearance, skin
把fonts设置为arial based, 在 international里面设置lanuage为Chinese
(simple)。不用中文界面，只要支持addon/媒体文件中文显示的，把font设置成 arial
based 的就可以了 |

But you got to understand that being able to speak Chinese is a great
advantage
many Americans can't have, so be proud of it. If you start to lose the
ability to communicate with Chinese, then you are having a serious set back,
but I personally believe it is always easy to get back the ability of
speaking your native lanuage, so you should not worry about it too much.

machine. no matter how good is the server machine, ASP itself is not
very suitable to maintain dictionaries.
if you don't have money, why you need to build a dictionary by youself?
do you know that a complete online-dictionary takes years to be built?
so why not just put links on your webpage to those online-dictionaries?
if you just want a simple mapping among lanuages, just build a table
with SQL. but it's a hard job to po |

attention to PL/SQL which is Oracle's own procedure lanuage. Oracle PL/SQL
programming by Steven Feuerstein is a very good one. |

"Install files for East Asian languages"
*You may need XP CD in this step
After that, goto tab "Advanced", choose

比如减少boilterplate，functional， closure，还有Builder for layout (
MigLayout更牛，欧洲某战斗机飞行员写的，完全用DSL定义复杂的swing layout，我觉
得很好用，比可视化工具强)。
唯一的问题，就是许多人害怕dynamic lanuage，所以kotlin宣传是静态的，对于企业
界的可能比较有吸引力--jetbrains就是做IDE的，当然喜欢static typed
看来kotlin活下去并且逐渐扩展是没有问题了。groovy是希望不大了。 |

我们这一本科生餐厅有日文的language table,
日本小孩领着说日文，感兴趣的都可以去。
