們的apartment... 已經叫pet control打了4-5次藥還是control不了... 因為我們還有
一個5個月的小孩... 很擔心衛生問題... 我要求管理我們apartment 的 property
company transfer 我們去另一個apartment, 他們為難我們... 我想投訴... 可是就是
不知道美國有沒有什麼機構是可以管這種投訴的...

rental agreement alone is not good enough, because anybody can sign it. the
school district also have other document for landords to sign. forgot what
is is called. |

我上个月和以前租房的landlord agent在加州一个small claims court过堂打了官司，
现在对法官的判决有点不满意，我想着再去file 一个appeal，可是我又不确定胜算有
多大或者有没有必要，想在这里请教一下。
我们从09年底和这个agent/property manager 租房到13年中，交的security deposit
$1350, agreement上说这个钱是refundable的；搬出来之前我们打算的挺干净，但是忘
记让agent做walk-thru inspection了，她也没提醒我们。一个月后我们在外州的新址
收到她通过公司名义寄来的refund statement；罗列了各种cost，没有附上invoice/

比如亲属,或者landord/tenant之类,便直接构成使用deadly force的充分理由
属于justifiable use of deadly force.

三个月前，我们预定了一个房子。我们当时签了一个rental agreement，但是上面没有写
什么时候搬入搬出，也没有写价钱（只有一个range）。我们记得当时landord只是说'预
定',以防到我们租房的时候special结束了。我们还交了150的deposit。
后来我们找了其他的房子，就去rental office打算要回deposit。结果landlord告诉我们
不但deposit要不会来，还要罚我们三个月的房租。原因是rental agreement上有我们的
签名。我们和她理论，她指着rental agreement说既然是你们的签名，你们就有责任。
这件事搞得我们很恶心，今天好好看了一下我们签的东西，觉得有以下疑点：
1. 没有lease明确的开始日期
2. 没有具体说是哪间房
3. 合同上根本没有提3个月罚款的问题,只是她跟我们说的
哪位是学法律的,可不可以帮我们分析一下这件事.我觉得像这样很多条款不明确的合同不
应该是合法的.要真是这样,我们就不必care了.我们刚开始时有点被她说蒙了,现在觉得是
美国人在欺负人.
