到了150，人家说地基外面的减压阀损坏导致水压升高，水压升高导致我们的热水器和
节水型抽水马桶损坏，这属于二次损坏，人家不负责任，有我们自己负责维修。这下子
麻烦了，找了五家公司了，来人看了之后光换个减压阀就要800多刀。我觉得买房时对
方给的那个Home Warranty没什么屁用啊。自己没有必要买那个东西。 |

一万一。中国人包工不包料4000，但是我怀疑他没有保险。 美国人包工包料包permit
还有10年保险8000。美国人用的是 landmark的屋顶，如果用 landmark pro的话加八百
warranty 20年。，中国人建议用 timberline 的， 或者lowes的Owens Corning. 有谁
知道这几个牌子质量差别大么？值不值得多花钱上landmark pro or timberline HD?
我家屋顶比较大，如果自己买四十多一包的shingles的话中国师傅的报价并不便宜。请
懂行的人指点一下，多谢了 |

房车已被找到，但是韩建国以及和他一起失踪的客户费军(Jun Fei音译)仍无踪影。据

据悉，韩建国和费军失踪时乘坐的车辆是一辆2010年款的黑色奔驰(Mercedes) E350房
