最近看了一些关于shin splint 的文章，有几篇提到诱因之一就是“landing on the
balls of your feet while running",还有一个挺好的video里面特别提醒“Do not
only land on your balls incase calf injury".
我现在应该就是这个症状，用前脚掌着地时左小腿下部疼痛，但是如果用脚跟着地，减
小步幅，就可以减轻疼痛。我刚跑了几次就痛了，也怪我自己一上来就跑了太远，现在
已经坚持2周不跑了，今天出去跑了2圈，还是疼，走路没事就是跑的时候疼，不知道该
咋办。哪位能给些建议？

朋友工作变动去了达拉斯北郊的Plano，我却来到了休斯顿的Sugar Land。我来的时间
不长，还在熟悉环境，可朋友在Plano却已经“如鱼得水”了。他描述了Plano的“十大好
处”，羡慕得我不得了，尤其是花不到一美元（Actually Only $0.75）就能去电影院看

发帖数: 287 | 18 周末去开了X5 35d, Q7 3.0T, ML 350, 和路虎LR4。预算60K左右。想有个能坐人的第
三排坐。不想要minivan，不想买日本车。个人喜好而已。
（1）X5内饰不知道多少年了都没有变过，和我四年前看的时候几乎一模一样。第三排
坐个小朋友还可以，而且后面第三排没窗没cup holder，儿子在后面很不高兴。动力操
控还可以。
2） land rover, LR4. 空间大，我183，坐在第三排感觉也挺好。 内饰挺漂亮，动力
不错。dealer专门修了一个很抖的坡，爬上爬下十分过瘾， 我在亚利桑那，有好些可
以去开的trail，但是不知道会去off road 几次 ：）不足之处，很废油，不过和我老
婆的卡迪拉克估计差不多。还有最大的concern就是可靠性，我知道land rover基本每
年都是垫底。印度车，还好没有闻到咖喱味 ：）
3）直接就被land rover给折服了，所以去开q7都没有什么感觉了。内饰很漂亮。动力
也够。
4）ML350太小，pass了， gl450 又太贵。

，：（很严重的ITBS。这个究竟怎么跑我困惑死了！
1. forefoot landing 跑长距离，跑下坡可行吗？
2. 我尝试把鞋垫抽了在水泥路上跑，因为这样稍微动作不对就会感觉到，可以调整动
作，但是这样是不是太极端了？昨天我是柏油路跑，而且加了鞋垫，跑完腿疼得，我觉
得是因为觉得路面比较软而且加了鞋垫，心理放松，跑得时候落地就比较重，所以出问
题的，是这样吗？
3.我自己捉摸，是不是光forefoot landing还不行，还必须落地轻才能避免伤害，我以
前heel strike但是落地很轻，完全没有声音，现在落地就很重了，又时候就想是不是
应该回到从前，但是好容易学会的，不想改，而且forefoot landing感觉很好。
4.我现在脚疼，膝盖疼，可是calf没任何酸痛的感觉，是不是我在tiptoe跑啊？ 只有
一次穿VFF在土路跑了10迈，出现calf酸痛，我觉得只有那一次跑对了？？怎么避免
tiptoe还能forefoot landing？ 好难把握啊！！

这种车托肯定忽悠我们一个来一个来的。
还是请问，陆虎的越野能力难道真的和land cruiser这么强？有人说land cruiser是学
习陆虎+不惜血本+丰田的质量。因为质量问题，反而超过来路虎。
但是考虑到陆虎裸车要比land cruiser便宜近2万，如果lease一个新车，开个3-5年是
很划算的事情。
前提是陆虎的越野能力和land cruiser不相上下。
您就说说这个，车托之家不专业我100%同意你的看法。只是我们普通爱好者无法分辨，

我现在在国内工作，回国前在美国是H1B，绿卡申请了5年，无果，放弃申请就回国了。
回国前申请了Canada绿卡，拖了好长时间，最近终于拿到了approval，要求在年底前
landing。
我设想花一周时间快速完成landing再回到中国，但我的问题是：我是在美国申请的
Canada绿卡，我必须先回美国，然后再从美国到Canada去landing吗？ 如果是这样的话
，那就太麻烦了。我现在人在中国，如果可以直接从中国飞过去landing，那就很理想
了，但就不知道这样可不可行。。。恳请大家指点迷津。。。 |

while ago. But, I did not read it through from the beginning back then. Now
I read it carefully. I think the author brings up a couple of good points
that are beneficial:
1. Foot landing location might be a more important issue.
2. The ideal landing position might be speed related. Fore-foot or mid-foot
might be natural for fast pace while heel landing might be a better choice
for slow pace.

Sonoma County Airport on Wednesday evening, an airline official confirmed.
The unusual deer collision occurred as the plane was landing but before it
hit the ground. The plane landed safely but the animal died.
