照片就一张，多了没有~
我从小体育不好，这是我人生第一次race，所以心里没底，何况我本不怎么跑步，大部
分时候都在铁架上扛杠铃。所以目标定得很低，2:30。结果刚跑了2周就伤了脚丫，停
了6周，后来恢复训练一直心惊胆战的，不敢加量，更不敢加速度。赛前只跑了6个long
run，分别是6，7，8，9，11，12.5麦，每个周末跑一次，weekdays只做spin /
swimming / weight lifting，一步都不敢跑。long run的速度也很慢，12分的pace，
算算跑下来需要2:36。
我的目标是5月的Brooklyn Half，因为NYC Half没有抽上么。谁知大概一个月以前有个
同事的膝盖伤了，我就把她的bib要过来了，赶紧周末跑起来。
