钓鱼岛的主权归属是一个非常敏感的问题，一些激进人士一听到这个话题就火冒三丈。
因此，本文不打算讨论其主权问题，只讲述一些相关的国际公法和一些类似问题的国际

第一节：弱国的外交与北方四岛
南千岛群岛(The South Kuril Islands)，日本称之为北方四岛，是位于太平洋西北部
的千岛群岛向南延伸的部分，总面积达五千平方公里，包括国后、择捉、齒舞、色丹，
共四个小岛，其东北边为得抚岛，西南边是北海道岛，西边是库页岛；原住民为阿伊努

在网上浏览文章，好像说“毛岸英同志之死”，是因为炒鸡蛋冒烟儿引来凝固汽油
弹精准投射，我很困惑。
联想到以前看过历史老师“袁腾飞”的那个视频，那个“挂炉烤鸭”的比喻让我愤
怒而不解。
今天又看了刘思齐同志的访谈记录。刘思齐同志也对那种“炒鸡蛋”的说法表示不
满。袁腾飞那个视频的内容，估计没人会传达到老人耳朵里。如果传到了，估计老人虽
然是八十高龄，依然会找袁腾飞拼命！
袁腾飞你说你调侃那些无关痛痒的历史人物，也就罢了。调侃革命烈士，我不知道
你脑子里，哪根弦儿断了。
不过呢，也不能全怪人家袁腾飞，那个“炒鸡蛋”的说法，才是袁腾飞口无遮拦的
根本。
袁腾飞不过是涉世未深，建议他去趟北朝鲜，在毛岸英同志墓前，鞠躬三次。相信
毛岸英同志在天之灵，会原谅他小孩儿不懂事的。
关于“朝鲜战争”以及毛岸英同志之死的真相。我搜集了大量素材，通过推理分析
，我认为自己已经得出了自认为最合情合理的结论。

从北到南的红点依次是日俄相争的千岛群岛（The Kuril Islands，在北海道以北）、
日韩相争的独岛（日本称竹岛，Dokdo/Takeshima，在韩国以东、东京以西）和中日台
相争的钓鱼岛（又叫钓鱼台，Senkaku/Diaoyutai，在台湾东北面），右图灰点是中国
越南菲律宾印尼马来西亚文莱相争的南海诸岛（the South China Sea islands）。
最有趣的是各国政府的口径惊人的一致，令人眼界一开，原来委屈的不止我们一家。千
岛群岛的南部四岛（日本称之为北方四岛）在1875年的圣彼得堡领土互换协议中由俄罗
斯和平让给日本，1945年二战末重被苏联攻占。日本要求归还；俄罗斯总统普京讨价还
价说对半分；日本不肯，愿意出钱买；俄罗斯又不干。2008年日本政府发布的教科书纲
领中称千岛群岛是“日本神圣不可侵犯的领土”，俄罗斯外交部抗议。2010年俄罗斯总

them. Sergey Ivanov from Kirov is one of them. He came to the lake for the
first time in 1995 and has been there for eight times since then. Some of
