·“帝国摇滚吧（Empire Rock Bar）”将于明年1月12日在主街1301号（Main Street
）的黄金地段开业。店主是前纽约住客Marc Connolly，他曾经是“Blackfinn”的主厨
，现在与人合伙经营“OT Tavern”。他打算把这家新开的酒吧打造出摇滚氛围。“我
最不喜欢达拉斯酒吧的一点——也是为什么我会去酒吧的原因——我不想戴领带！但在
达拉斯大多数的酒吧里，人们都戴着领带，”他说道，“而在我这里，大家绝对可以不
戴领带就进来！”
· “撒鹰沙龙（Spread Eagle Saloon）”即将在达拉斯的市中区开业，店内不仅提
供食物丶酒水，还有卫星电视可以看。店主Scott Scripps是南卫理公会大学（SMU）的
校友，他说尽管这个地方可能餐食不如别处，但却会有“一大批长得很漂亮的女性顾客
”。

发帖数: 5873 | 13 上周娃们春假，全家去了趟New Orleans，第一次。此行目的很简单：小人玩好，大人
吃好。于是自始至终嘴就没闲着。饱了累了，出来走走。70多度，城市上空含混着河水
的腥腻、烘干机的燥涩、虾蟹的鲜香和阴沟的腐败气息。那是一个萎靡、慵懒、颓唐、
暧昧、怡然自得的地方。
Day 1
早饭后备马出发，一路无话，只是中途在Mississippi的Meridian休息半小时。这个
Meridian内战时被美国历史上最大的纵火犯Sherman烧成白地，如今放眼看去，仍旧破
破烂烂，跟刚烧过没什么两样。傍晚抵达New Orleans，夕阳下雾霭蒸腾，车过长桥，
仿佛要一直开到云端去。
旅馆在French Quarter。办完入住手续，把行李往地板上一扔，匆匆出来觅食。街道狭
窄潮湿，两侧多是Creole风格的排屋，二层露台挤满酒客，或倚或坐，纹脉繁琐的铸铁
栏杆上挂着碧绿的盆花。渐近Bourbon Street，音乐和人声愈发嘈杂。可怜我两个平时
连汽车喇叭都很少听到的农村小娃东张西望地走，经常一脚踩进油汪汪的水坑里。
