我是来自山东的一名博士生，在田纳西大学（UTK）交流学习一年。8月下旬，《田

响，本来无法解决的被骗事件，在贵报文章的威慑下顺利解决，也让许多UT人感到欣慰

无独有偶，我是又一位受害者。编辑先生，又是这位何先生竟然扣住我的1000美元

大多数是杂七杂八水果口味的，不要买！那都是gelatine添加色素香精。

心带去。刚从国内回来冰箱空空如也，大半夜现去采购，好容易凑齐原材料，忘记买装
饰品了，灵机一动搞了个蝴蝶结，看上去像位大小姐，于是我就叫她“提拉米苏小姐”
啦。
提拉米苏的方子很多，我试过几种，觉得这个方子还不错，适合硬体蛋糕成型，又有顺
滑香农的口感，介绍给大家一试。
9寸圆形活体模的量
我的原料：
蛋黄6个，Mascarpone cheese（马斯卡彭芝士）2盒共约16oz，heavy whipping cream
2小盒约500ml，糖1 cup，ladyfingers手指饼2+1/2袋，马萨拉酒（咖啡酒，rum 或
brandy）15ml,Espresso咖啡粉10g，无味布丁粉（吉利丁粉）1/2包。
我的做法：
1 把糖和蛋黄混合打发至柠檬色，隔热水加热（先烧开水，然后转小火）5分钟并不断
搅拌，然后把其冷却到室温
2 吉利丁粉半包用20g热水溶解，倒入打发的蛋黄糖糊中，放入Mascarpone cheese充分

老美的床怎么设计的，边上的空隙那么大，两头的大空隙夸张点小孩要是被夹住了问题
可大了。旁边的框架比床垫大不少，大人都很容易被撞到。好像platframe系列的好一
点（从图片看），今天打算到店看看。还有wood还是 leather的好呀。皮的要是撞了不
太痛，不过木的是不是养人？那种木的好？
