Shock Leader: This normally leads to heated debates but I will start with
regular shock leader which is a very soft subtle leader which has very
elastic properties and is extremely easy to tie knots with up to 240 pound
test.
I will start with length, I normally put about 4-6 wraps around my spool and
then out of my rod tip by 2’ so maybe 10-12’ of leader. Just enough that
if I get bit off several times I still wont have to re tie

pilot in control and the DH for CAT III B is 50 ft, the impact was close to
zero altitude.
"With CAT III, some aircraft can automatically flare, touch down,
not commercially implemented, though there are a few test landing conducted
maybe.
Once again the key issue here is why the pilot would fly at 100 knot, such a
low speed. It's nearly unbelievable if there is no system malfunction and
no weather conditions. |

was no thrust available from the engines at the time
and the speed was way under take-off/land speed.
Pulling the stick at that speed with no thrust from
engines would have done nothing good but brought down
the airplane.
On another thought, even 137 knots might not be good.
The two other planes which were used in comparison
all landed at on or above 150. |

Autolanding的时候，throttle放在auto，最后7秒人工接管；
结果这次虽然是人工下降，但是忘了管throttle，放在idle，
知道最后7秒习惯性地接管时才发现，所以才有NTSB报告
最后7秒throttle前推，但是已经太晚了。
机组都在忙着指导新学员，没有留意到throttle的情况。

李强国2001年取得运输型飞行员资格证，为韩亚航空航运实习生，到目前为止运行中型
客机A320达9793个小时，但对于此次发生事故的大型客机B777-200ER，他在取得机种驾
照后仅飞行43小时。根据不同的机种，飞机的操纵方法等不同，要飞行其他飞机需要取
得新的机种驾照。
航空飞行员两人一组操纵飞机时，原则上坐在机长席上的飞行员负责起飞、着陆等操纵
