Depot has Kingsford Charcoal on sale again for $9.97 for 2-pack of 20 lb
bags. I have a few hundred pounds left from the Memorial Day sale, but
figured others might still need some. It prices out to $0.25 per pound, the
same as the Lowe's deal this week.
I cranked up the old XP laptop to get a couple ad scans for you. One of
these days, I'm going to have to buy a all in one that is compatible with
Win 7 64 bit...

of Kingsford charcoal for $7.50 (last week's sale price was $7.48 for one
bag). This should be the beginning of a week and a half of charcoal wars
between Lowes, Home Depot and Walmart. In preparation for last year's
Memorial Day, Home Depot had a 40lb deal for about $11, I believe anyway,
and Lowes came in a few days later with a buy one get one free deal that

40lb total) Kingsford brisquet charcoal for $9.99.
It's a tad more expensive than the current Walmart deal. This Lowes deal (
likely Home Depot too but I don't have the flyer for HD) would work for
folks that don't live close to a Walmart, or they are all sold out.

当年，两名被害人都为华裔，年仅26岁，与嫌犯三人都为新加坡国籍，正在悉尼新南威
尔士大学攻读工程学学位。郑和谭二人被发现在金斯福德（Kingsford）的公寓里被人

中国农业部已经批准种植的转基因农作物有：甜椒、西红柿、土豆等；主粮作物有玉米
、水稻。进口的转基因食品有大豆油、菜子油、大豆等。目前只有花生油不是转基因的
。麦当劳、肯德基的食品基本全部是转基因的。
土豆和西红柿是最普通常见的转基因蔬菜，还有甜椒也就是青椒，返季蔬菜特别是西红
柿，基本确定是转基因。
中国土豆和转基因土豆最大的区别就在于表面和削皮以后的化学反应。普通土豆的样子
比较难看，一般颜色比较深，表面坑坑洼洼的，同时表皮颜色不规则，而转基因土豆则
表面光滑，坑坑洼洼很浅，颜色比较淡。如果你通过外表无法辨别的话，可以尝试剥去
一些土豆皮，观察土豆表面颜色的变化。普通土豆在削皮之后，其表面很快会颜色变深
，那是因为土豆含有大量淀粉，淀粉与空气产生化学反应所致，属于正常现象，而转基
因土豆在削皮后，颜色比较鲜艳，很长时间都不会有明显颜色变化。通过观察外表和削

孜然粒，花椒粒炒，磨碎
芝麻，炒，打碎
辣椒，炒，打碎
羊肉一大块(可以是一条羊腿)在肉厚的地方切一寸见方】
刀，在油厚的地方要刀深见瘦肉，然后把上面的东西搓到
肉上，放几个小时或者过夜。
用炭火，现大火把脂肪烤成一层脆皮，把没有脂肪的地方烤
上颜色，然后用间接火慢烤45分钟到熟透。
我推荐用Weber牌这个炉子，便宜实用：
因为需要长时间慢烤，我建议用炭球，Kingsford不错：
Royal Oak的便宜货差一些但是能用。 |

炉子的要领是只放半边木炭，这样就可以控制受热。
还有一个给小孩子吃的烧烤方子，南方喜欢喝酱油吃甜食的大概也喜欢：
去皮鸡腿肉，放Teriyaki sauce（Kikomman大瓶装的就行)，一点点
生抽，几片生姜，腌制一会，然后炭火上烤熟。 |
