我们这儿12月都一直在50~60度之间。
我只有在锻炼之后淋浴的时候能闻到这种味道，其余时间都没有。我一般一周锻炼5~6
次，能有3~4次闻到。
今天我又注意了，其实这种味道和我老婆用的指甲油味道差不多。
anoia 提醒有可能是ketone bodies, 所以这也可能是acetone 的味道。
我已经买了ketone试纸，等测了结果我会回来更新的。 |

看过中西医，中医认为是肾病早期，开了很多补肾的药，没敢吃；西医认为没有严重的
浮肿症状，就没什么，把我打发了。
回美后做了膀胱镜（应该不是尿道镜，感觉探头没进入那么深，一下就做完了），没有
结石，肾部B超也没结石。从那时起，所有尿检都有潜血1+，跟月经期没关系；某次潜
血达2+，还有少量leukocytes，另一次尿检还有trace ketone。
13年上半年做妇科B超时，B超师发现我虽然上了厕所觉得排空了，膀胱里还有些尿，这
是尿滞留吗？13年下半年做体检B超，发现右肾9.5厘米，左肾10.5厘米，没有肾积水，
这边的医生认为正常。
这八年间仍偶有UTI，吃过几次抗生素都好了。喝水了就爱跑厕所，不能用力排尿，否
则尿道不舒服；不能久坐，否则会阴/pelvic area附近痛，尤其右边pubic hair往上一
点里面有一个部位总疼。分不清这是妇科还是泌尿的问题，妇科内检没摸到异常，B超
正常，国内的医生也说位置偏低，不像附件。另外，上眼皮早上起来比较肿，身体其它
部位不肿。

我父亲陪我妈来看黑色素瘤，可能自己也长期劳累过度；上上周二出现无痛全程血尿，
上上周三我们看了社区医院urgent care,np只做了尿检。安排上周三b超和周五见医生
。医生觉得b超和尿检不说明肾上有肿瘤，可是也无意解释全程血尿一般说明是肾上问
题。 urgent care医生约了泌尿科医生，但遥遥无期。也不允许我们做ct 检查。请求
专业人士给予指点。
1）b超中说cyst是囊肿还是肿瘤？“3.6cm cyst is noted in the lower pole. 9mm
nonobstructing calcification is noted in the mid to lower pole.” 3.6cm和钙
化是不是说明时肿瘤？
2）如果有肾肿瘤，b超是否可以发现？还是必须做增强ct？
3）如果是肾癌，这种情况是不是应该立刻回国手术？

正餐40～60g，snack15～40g
如果carb吃少了早上验尿ketone数据就不好
她给我开的食谱基本上跟我的习惯差不多
就是米饭稍微少吃一点
少吃多餐，多运动是王道 |

's a cup of milk and a piece of bread/6 small crackers. Because if your
stomach is empty for too long, your own body will break down the fat to
generate energy. Which will increase your ketone(this is bad for baby's
brain development) in the morning and also your blood sugar level.
As for me, don't sleep too long, and eat right before going to bed.

血糖了的话，有了keton对宝宝更不好。 |
