如果你已经确定了品牌和车型，大可以跳过这一步。如果你心中并没有底，只是想买一
辆适合自己的车，那么我建议你广撒网，了解一下市面上你感兴趣的品牌和车型，以及

确定需求
买车的自然先是确定需求了。下面chanye列一下自己在购车之前的需求列表

and the inequity of H1b distribution (Chinese taking a fraction of h1b
