美国总统川普就职之后颁发了多个行政命令，让广大移民坐立不安，有媒体称川普正在
草拟行政命令对拿领取福利的移民开刀。有华人律师称，虽然现在川普还没有公布福利
政策，但是滥用福利一直都是非法的，有华人就曾因为冒领福利而被罚款、甚至坐牢。
一些民众正在排队申领粮食券。美联社
川普在种种场合透露的信息显示，他会在移民政策上有大动作，虽然目前还没有任何政
策出台，但是《华盛顿邮报》最近报道称，该媒体拿到一波川普新行政命令草案，这些
草案称要制定政策来淘汰领取社会救济的移民申请人，而那些持有绿卡在美国靠救济金
度日的移民将被递解出境。
华人律师方见尧说，滥用福利一直都是非法的，这种现象在华人社区并不少见，如果被

据外媒6日报道，美国得克萨斯州威尔逊县警长塔基特说，5日萨瑟兰斯普林斯市一所教
堂开枪击毙至少26人的枪手，事后因自己造成的枪伤而丧命。
德州教堂枪击案后，德州州长Greg Abbott参加默哀仪式。有目击者表示，枪手至少开
了20枪，现场一片混乱。
塔基特6日接受媒体访问时说，枪手在作案后开车逃离现场，两名持枪的市民紧追在后
，过程中双方发生交火。他表示，警方相信枪手过后因自己造成的枪伤而丧命。
此前有报道说，执法人员在威尔逊和瓜达卢佩县之间的公路发现枪手死在车内，但不清
楚枪手是自杀还是被追剿他的居民开枪击中。
