都是第一时间的，真的。但是gift letter这个是他们告诉我要找个朋友给我写1万就可
以，我找了老板帮我这个忙，然后因为老板是发我工资的人，证明我工作的人，又是给
我GIFT的人，那这里银行很狐疑，所以花了时间调查。这件事是我的错，但是我第一次
买房子，我真的不知道不可以是老板，银行的banker又没有说不可以，他当时还说随便
找个人，银行不会管的。反正已经发生了，再说也没有用。我当然一直守规矩的，我的
律师说他的经验是印度人经常不守规矩。
kafen,我没有waive loan contingency.关键是律师说是那个letter of commitment导
致的，因为这个东西‘说明’了是我的错，我的gift letter被调查到现在。是我的错
。可是这里有几点我不明白，1，我跟对方说是银行最后不给我贷款，他们怎么知道是
我的错还是银行的错？gift letter这事只是我跟银行知道。2，那个letter of

getting the loan in time, you should be able to get your deposit back
if you did not waive your loan contingency.
律师说对方可能不还, it is true. Your lawyer just wanted to give you
a warning that this could happen. But it does not mean the seller
will be successful doing it. Check with your agent, and prepare for
fighting. You should be able to win.

己回去陪父母过个周末，实在也不麻烦， 机票如果不是暑假贵的时候，也就１０００
美元上下，路上花一点，陪老人过个周末，就是１５００美元左右的开销。
这对北美很多ｗｅｌｌ ｅｓｔａｂｌｉｓｈｅｄ的家庭来说， 不算什么开销，或者

when ALLRF was 0.5, hehe, wasn't able to pull the trigger since all my
funds was already in and I am not good with rotating positions.
