immigration law mandates deportation on convicts of "violent crime".
Dimaya side did not argue her crimes were not violent, but argued that the
term "violent crime" is vague. Some crimes are clearly violent, murder,
assault are violent crimes against persons, arson, vandalism are violent

值得记录的事情，有些只能藏在内心深处，有些可以公开记录。
2.
今晚3月底，我从原来租住的公寓搬到另外一个公寓。原来的公寓叫Avalon Bellevue，
在Bellevue市中心。搬走之前3个星期，他们就派了一个人到我的单元去检查，叫初步
检查，目的是看看有多脏和有没有损坏，给出一个初步的估计，估算一下我搬走之后要
给他们付多少钱。
当时初步检查的结果是：(1) full apartment clean – $125 (2) full painting –
$160 + paint $26 (3) full carpet cleaning – $60 (4) kitchen drip pan
replacement – $24。加起来大概395美元。

在左逼眼里，只要不同意他们的都要往死里搞，蟑螂的命是命，杀死蟑螂的人的命就不

网上搜索一下前两集的内容，结果发现了这个第四集的链接：

其实，第四集还是很值得反复看看的。它的主题是 Freedom and Justice，是最
controversial 也是最有趣的一部。里面讲到了市民社会，西藏的宗教问题，内地的基
督教问题，法轮功问题，反日游行问题，艾滋病问题，司法问题，强制拆迁问题，还有
太石村罢免村委的问题等等。记录片的观点自然不能说非常的中立客观（当然是否中立
客观取决于每个人心里标准，或者，任何观点都是主观的），但是提供了不少翔实的影
像资料，和第一手的采访，还是很有意义的，譬如对于西藏的宗教问题，采访的是一位
藏族的干部，他畅谈祖国统一的重要性，怒斥达赖分裂祖国的行径，从一个藏人的角度
看这个问题挺有趣的；对于基督教，采访了一个神职人员，他的回答也很有意思；艾滋
病则是高耀洁，这位头发雪白的老奶奶还是很感人的。呵呵，不管你持何种见解，看一
看这部片子还是挺有益的。 |
