本田其实还算好的，比丰田好不少
现在偶尔还能看到90年代初的本田在跑，丰田基本上都进了junk了，就算剩下的有，也

月漏光 coolant, 烧了 engine, 黑店死活不认账。问 dealer 要$3500 换个
remanufactured 的，没钱那么折腾，花了150 去 junk yard 的买了个引擎，当时买的
时候车是侧面被撞，还能点着火，而且看着没烧机油，所以算是比较好的。花350找了
个黑人换上，跑了三年，后来又卖了。 |

丰田的所谓reliable确实是如此的来的，用的技术本来就老旧，加上各种sensor少，阈
值设定高，自然就reliable了

shift 线输出的信号对不对。不对的话那就是 shifter 里面的开关接触有问题了，去

一方是个做realtor的香港女人

那个鬼子是学校附近一个酒吧的bartender，40多岁了
据说搬进来之前睡在酒吧的冰箱上，
住进来后曾经因为从房间里飘出毒品包装被50岁的白女人 |

forwards could be a different story depending on how the eoncomy & monetary
policy play out. |

controls the interest rate risk to a certain extend?
I'm not comfortable with the rates environment now. QE2 may not do much in
lowering the rates if market expectation on economic recovery keeps going
higher. And I don't see low inflation in the next two years either. Both
factors go against bond market. Junk bonds may not escape the trend either.
btw: how do you view REITs market? I think REIT is affected by the same

发帖数: 1054 | 35 一般来说 HIGH YIELD BOND， 或者说JUNK BOND 对利率升高没那么敏感。 因为它的HIGH YIELD 提供了一定的保护。 而且利率升高一般是经济好转以后的事情， 那时DEFUALT 债务的企业会更少。
REITS 有很多种吧。 MORTGAGE REIT 在利率升高的时候应该会被伤害。 今年以来， RIET 的指数 ETF 比如 VNQ 一直跑赢大盘， 11月 QE2开始以后， REIT 的 指数也开始进入调整， 大概就是市场做出的反应。
我个人觉得经济复苏的话， 那些直接 拥有 HARD ASSET 的 REIT 可以 HEDGE
INFLATION。 商业地产的租金会升高， 地产的空置率会下降。
