一到夏季，不少人都喜歡闔家一起，到郊外登山踏青。
地圖、指南針、食物、個人藥品、清水、通訊工具固然少不了；不過，因應本地氣候地
形，仍是有些登山安全問題，特別容易被忽略。今天我們請來有20多年戶外生活經驗的
「綠色文化交流俱樂部」會長林聖哲(Joseph Lin)，與我們一起來闖闖最容易被忽略的
登山安全五大關。
1 融冰路崩
相信大多數要出門登山的人都知道要先查好地圖、氣象預報，確定如何去、如何返。不
過，Joseph說，光是地圖其實不夠，最好還要先查詢預定行走的小徑路況，特別在高山
地帶。
由於去年冬天卑詩省雪量較多，今年夏季融雪時，不少路面都受到雪水侵蝕崩裂，有些
橋樑斷裂、部分地區甚至有山崩的可能。

2 森林野火
Joseph說，這個夏天卑詩省氣候炎熱乾燥，很多地區都已經發出森林火災警告。民眾如

我在通过了fpgee之后很长一段时间，都没有去准备口语， 一直混日子。 等准备了，
又觉得非常难考到那个magic 26分。 就这么日子如流水般过去， 直到今天我就当花钱
买罪受， push自己去try了一下，虽然我知道第一次我肯定考不到口语的26分， 但是
至少一来可以逼着自己好好准备， 二来也好知道真正的考试感觉和得分， 对自己有个
正确的估计。
我今天的感觉是， 没想到第一部分阅读如此紧张， 时间基本非常紧张， 加上真的很
久很久不做这种题目， 一时之间很不适应， 反正就是20分钟一篇，总共3篇赶着赶着
60分钟给做完了。 3片文章分别说了历史上机器的普及，生物上物体的保留和进化，
以及艺术作画方面的topic.
听力是最最简单的一部分， 不存在任何时间或者技巧的问题， 任何人我相信都可以轻
轻松松的搞定， 就没必要说了。

【内 容提要】“唱盛中国”是近年来西方学术界重新评估中国落后问题的一股新潮流
，与西方新闻界、政治学界和史学界长期以来“唱衰中国”形成对照。近年来西方汉
学界有一种倾向，即为已成定论、童叟皆知的“中国落后论”翻案。此派西方学者试图
从社会经济、科学技术、外交礼仪、人文意识、行政管理等角度，全面修正中 国落后
论。这种愿望显然与近年来中国的兴旺崛起有直接关系。由于中国近年来飞速而稳定的
发展超出了包括许多“中国通”在内绝大部分人的预期和想象，于是一 个重大问题提
