你把我妈推倒这件事，我就是不能原谅你！ 我还没说，在这件事发生之前几天，我外
婆刚刚去世。我妈为了来美国帮我们带宝宝，在出发之前，明知道外婆就是这两三个月
的事了，还是来帮我们，做月子，带宝宝。所以她连见外婆最后一面的机会都没有。
即便这样，我外婆去世的第二天，我妈还是一早起来带宝宝，给我们做饭。她都是把自
己的痛苦压下去，强打着精神带宝宝，做饭。 你对我母亲这样做，我一辈子都不会原
谅你！！！你也有是父母的人！！！我现在想起这件事，都气的发抖！！！
你怎么不说我天天喂奶，泵奶呢？ 你每天换尿布的时间加起来，有没有给她喂奶，泵
奶，洗奶瓶的时间多？ 当然这也没什么，我当妈的，都是应该的。
生小孩之后的几个月里，我的手腕都很疼，手指一度疼得无法伸直。连一个奶瓶都抓不
住，更别提给她换尿布，我根本抓不住她。给她喂奶的时候，也必须用Glider，用
nrusing pillow。我就是连把宝宝从一边换到另一边喂奶，都抱不住她，手腕的疼的直
哭，手指疼得根本伸不直。

发帖数: 1676 | 6 今天中午去喝茶，看到惊人一幕，简直是一牛幕。
斜对面桌子坐着两女带三小孩，其中有一坐highchair的两岁宝宝就是这牛小孩。
我们看到这幕时，牛妈正在和她同行的另一妈妈聊得正欢。
小牛端坐在highchair上，像个小大人似的，看样子刚两岁出头的样子。面前碟子上放
着几块分割好的凤爪，小牛特娴熟的用筷子夹着一块一块的凤爪津津有味的吃着。
借这机会赶紧教育一直讲英文，到现在四岁后埋怨爹妈没好好教他中文的我家大宝。大
宝看呆了！！！！以前他经常尝试自己用筷子夹东西，但我们觉得这个难度对他太大了
，用餐进度太慢，就没怎么鼓励他用筷子。
我问他自己可不可以，他说当然不可以，那语气就像以前看马戏时问他那些杂耍动作他
可不可以。在他看来，这小牛高高的蹲坐在那highchair上用筷子吃凤爪，简直像那小
丑骑着独轮车玩joggle。
再后来，居然又看到那小牛左手持螺，右手持牙签，非常熟练的用牙签把田螺肉给挑出
来吃了。
人比人真是气死人呀！
我家大宝不说玩不出小牛这套高难度动作，就是爸妈给他把这些食物整理好，想塞他嘴
里都不是件容易的事。
对了，那小孩吃的凤爪是带骨的，小男孩不仅用筷子夹起凤爪，而... 阅读全帖 |

There is an english version of the similar article, it talks about about 36
stages to become a successfule trader. Let me look for it and attach for you
guys too... it's eye opening... |

发帖数: 1230 | 11 周六中午把岳母送到机场回费城，然后豆浆/油条/dim sum,到家已经下午了．哄骗利诱
LD和女儿和我一起到shoreline park跑步，顺便在stevens creek trail摘些茴香晚上
包饺子开party.
女儿曾经骑车和我跑过trail几次;LD还是头一次(虽然她每天在家四周跑),长绒衫绒裤
加帽子我看在费城跑也不会冷．还背个大相机说是拍女儿留纪念．看在winndixie
challenge invite上要求以照片为证的份上，没有complain这一身宅女出游的行头．
女儿骑车一马当先，LD缓速joggle,我身背相机腰缠fuelbelt居中策应，make sure前后
两端都在视线内，偶尔还得加速帮女儿推车过over pass，可比自己跑忙得多．还好公
园里有湖，到Hwy101前有good bayview和大雁群，然后四周都是shade with
meandering trees.到三迈女儿开始喊累耍赖，喝水吃GU,LD又悬赏$5，才穿过overpass
/under pass,过了central express way,4.5迈，照相，折返．

发帖数: 658 | 12 哈哈，因为终于俺也跑完了有生以来第一个5K.好高兴啊。跑完居然感觉还可以再跑一
个5k. 不过，成绩太次了，不好意思来报，根据305的记录，pace只有在fast joggle
zone. 不过完成就是顺利阿。 今天大家都很慢，因为只有2度，还有风。我妈说据她的
判断，我在前1/3的位置，hoho， 还行。 现在屁股和小腿有些酸，小便颜色没有变，
不错。 想想，今天迈出了第一步，将来就可以跑10k, 然后marathon了， 高兴阿。 后
天还有连续2天的marathon考试，所以要看书去了。谢谢大家,从这里学到不少东西。 |

? Now I remember one day this summer I did tanaka style biking for 20 min
and then went to march with good start. |

20878), and like it. It is next to a korean grocery (Grandmart, you can walk
) and a small park (good for walk/joggle). It's on exit 9 of 270 and close
to Washingtonian mall. They offer discount on rent if you work for NIH, NIST
(maybe other agencies). |
