美国的败算在那里？
刚刚看了-无国无家-网友的《美国的胜算在那里？》，同意他说的美国的胜算不大，不
过我从另一个角度写一个帖子吧。
我基本上顺着-无国无家-网友的思路。
今天，美国的全球战略的首要目标似乎是解决伊朗的所谓核问题，那是因为有长期的历
史的，短期的历史的和宗教的多重原因，还有以色列的原因，有趣的是即便是伊朗的核
问题如此重要，朝鲜核（本来已不是）问题，而是导弹问题却依然能够喧宾夺主，这是
为什么呢？
这就是美国的败算，美国一直都在沿着这条败算的路子走。
-无国无家-网友提到了“而阿富汗的占领或控制则明显是围绕伊郎方向的辅助手段”，

secure a job first, then consider further investment in law school.
all the jobs are in four states does not mean there aren't enough jobs. as of
today there are still plenty of IP jobs for PhD+JDs. the question is how many
more Bio PhDs will turn into JDs in 3 years?
you said many bio PhDs are "looking" into IP field, I am not sure how many of
them are actually willing to execute it.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. This kind of information does not
generally show up on the internet very often because we are such a small group
of people compared with the number of Chinese in other majors. It is good to
know that our Chinese JDs are doing well in job hunting. I am not sure this is
related, but there was an article in the US News about globlization of
American law schools. Schools are looking to introduce more international JDs
and bilingual students, perhaps becau |

your classmates are going to? I am 2L in top 20 law school, and I am really
curious.
When I was doing job search, I found out there are still not many Chinese (
Chinese means undergraduate education in China) JDs/LLMs in top US law firm(by
top I mean V20, by US law firm I mean US office).

important thing is that your technology background
is exactly what they want. IP firms especially big IP firms can easily hire
fresh JDs in IP law who definitely do much
better job in drafting petent procecution than you can do. What's difficult
for them is to find JDs with profound science and engineering background in
that specific area. So they'd rather hire someone PhDs and bring them up to
attorneys themselves than screen |

总队在徐沟温李青、戴李青，太谷南庄村、小常村、西范村等战斗中180多人被击毙，
200多人被俘。教导一团团长小田切正男、教导三团团长增田重之、军士二团团长布川
直平被打死，教导二团团长住冈义一被俘。此役死亡的还有原日军炮兵大队长、太原绥
靖公署炮兵训练团少将总教官松原太市。

2006年6月6日上午，访问美国哈佛研究所归来的中国社会科学院近代史研究所研究员杨
天石与张海鹏先生在近代史研究所会议厅就此次美国之行做了报告。张海鹏先生首先发
言。张海鹏先生一行于3月23日到达旧金山，3月24日下午参加了蒋介石日记的揭幕仪式
。哈佛研究所图书馆上午8：15开馆，下午4：45闭馆，中午不休息。在蒋介石日记开放
前的几天中，张海鹏先生分别翻阅了张歆海档案与国民党改革委员会档案。张歆海曾做
过国民政府时期的中国驻波兰大使、纽约总领事，1949年以后他并没有去台湾，而是留
在了美国。张歆海档案中保存着他1949年前后与家人的通信，以及他与上海商人以及学
界名流的通信。蒋介石退居台湾后，成立国民党改革委员会，代替中央委员会行使权力
，其档案对研究国民党史与台湾史都很重要。蒋介石日记于3月31日开始向公众开放，

首脑名称。名为中国海关监督雇佣之人，实际是中国海
关的主宰。
五口通商时期，外国商人凭借他们的优越地位，在
