各位帮我分析一下，下面哪个最可行
（１）我们一直JOINTLY FILING TAX，我的头上已经扣了＄３０００的联邦税，大于去
年我们的TAX LIABILITY（２０００），我想知道的是，IRS是看我们每个人的税，还是
看我们总共交的，若是后者，是不是我老公没有扣税也不会有什么惩罚？因为我们作为
一个共同体，上缴的税已经够了，
（２）我另外的担心是：仔细分析一下，公司里面忘记或者疏忽的可能性不大，最可能
老工添W－４出了差错，误导了公司的财务人员，然后我真怕IRS揪着这个错误处罚老公
