“绿色和平”这个臭名昭著的反科学组织每隔一段时间就要来散布一下妖魔
化转基因的谣言吓唬公众，虽经多次揭露，其信用居然在中国媒体上还没有破产，
别人不烦我也烦了。既然此事在网上已被炒了起来，我就再评几句：
一、发布科学研究成果的正常渠道是经同行评议的学术期刊，越是重大的成
果应该在越是权威的期刊上发表。那些不先发论文而靠媒体来发布的所谓科研成
果，往往是在学术上站不住脚的，没有专业识别能力的普通公众对此应该警惕。
二、因为没有看到这个研究的论文，只能从新闻报道了解其内容。对比英文
报道，可知“绿色和平”歪曲、夸大了这个研究结果。据英文报道，该研究发现
的是喂了20周的转基因杂交玉米的小鼠产下的第三窝和第四窝的后代数量较少、
体重较轻，“绿色和平”竟给歪曲成“从第三代开始，后代的体重、体长和数量

学术期刊的开放获取是当前世界的一个潮流。就像推翻旧社会的起义军一样，其中鱼龙
混杂是不可避免的。开放获取期刊不仅要逐步代替传统期刊，开放获取期刊内部，也必
然会优胜劣汰。不负责任的期刊赚一把就死，负责人的开放获取期刊就都能活下去吗？
也不一定。PLoS Biology对作者收费每篇2900美元，传统王牌期刊Nature不是担心PLoS
办不好，而是担心收这么点钱维持不下去（好的国际学术期刊的维持费用超出我们的想
象！！！）。Nature那篇评论后没过多久，PLoS办了PLoS ONE。后者虽然收费低一些，
但维护费用低得更多，广种薄收，效益很好，可以用来补贴其旗帜性期刊Plos biology

重要，那样的观点一点问题都没有。
如果要“精确”的算一下，可以把国家的面子写进representative的utility，然后optim
ize，看看究竟该把钱花在哪儿。人越是爱国，爱得子女上学都可以不顾，越会在国家面子
上舍得投入。
一些政府的“奢侈”行为出现的时候，总有人说，把这些钱用到农
村去办小学多好啊，那么多儿童都还挨饿呢。。。
我总是觉得那样的观点有问题，但具体又想不出为啥。。。
各位学经济的能不能从经济学角度告诉我，那样是有利于国家经济
发展，还是不利？ 谢谢！ |

的 router 后面，放在 DMZ 里，然后把 ip 和 MAC 告诉他就行了。他那边只需要 10
分钟就行了.
是 NA-izing, 不光光是 unlocked, 号称以后 factory reset 也是 -NA 的。只要你能
在 5 块钱以内搞到 pap2 v1, 花 15 刀找这个人 naizing 还不错，20 块钱就搞好了。
基本上就我的了解，v1 > 3.1.9 的需要很多个 xml 文件来来回回多次才会下载
customized firmware 升级，而且具体个数不定，中间错一个就不行，自己搞太麻烦了。 |
