发帖数: 451 | 30 妊娠荨麻疹，英文叫 PUPPP， 特点是痒的地方发红，一般会是胸部，腹部，也有腿部。
如果你只是痒，却没有红，而且是从手脚开始，那么可能是胆汁淤积。
我的痒不欲生的过程大概持续了2周，每天就是做research 看什么有用，中文英文的都
看了不少，产品试过10多种，小结如下：
aveeno anti-itch cream --有一点用，效果大概持续２小时，所以就得不停的抹，晚
上就会很难受，痒醒起来抹
palmers Cocoa butter anti itch- 很油，没太大用
橄榄油， 洗完澡，半湿的时候抹，有封锁水分保湿的作用，有一点点用 。
绿豆汤，－－喝好多，好像有用。
抹花椒水， 只有在挠破的地方有沙疼得感觉，非常短暂。
grandpa's Pine Tar Soap ( wholefood 卖）,老美网上看到的，很多人强烈推荐，觉
得还有点用，洗澡抹上，泡沫停留３分钟在冲掉。
Rainier PUPPP Soap, 只有网上有卖，等收到的时候差不多已经好了，不过既然是专门
对PUPPP的，应该有用吧。

看了carpal tunnel syndrome的症状，好像也不是。那个的症状是usually start
gradually, with frequent burning, tingling, or itching numbness in the palm
of the hand and the fingers, especially the thumb and the index and middle
fingers. 而我的手没有过burning, tingling, or itching
颈椎也从来没有过问题
看来不小心得了疑难杂症阿 |

My experience:
1. no doctor
It went away after a few days of suffering. No sleep because of the itch.
It covered the entire body, even face.
2. went to a doctor:
Got prescription drugs. The symptom went away in a hour but the drug makes
me sleepy and I stopped to take it the next day but the itching returns. So
I took the drugs for 3 days and it was over by then.
3. went to drug store and buy over the counter medicine.
USLESS. |

Maybe as you increase your heart rate, your body is pumping more blood to
all areas. The increase in blood flow could explain the increase in
sensation, which to you, is felt as itchyness. The inside of a thigh is an
area with a high concentration of fatty tissue, so, it may just be your
tissues and muscles tingling with the extra oxygen...the itching usually
occurs in people who haven't been exercising and then start up. It is due |
