中国云南、广西与越南发展现状比较

近年来，由于中国实施“西部大开发”战略，云南省和广西壮族自治区都有了较大的发
展，但相较中国东部地区仍显落后；与此同时，越南也通过大力改革走上了快速发展的
道路。越南近年来发展迅速，并积极通过参与“大湄公河合作”及“两廊一圈”项目来
大力发展其北部地区，这些合作项目的实施对云南、广西均产生了较大影响，导致中国
部分边民迁往越南，这一现象对中国的国际形象、国家安全及边疆地区稳定带来一定的
负面影响，损害了中央政府和地方政府的在当地人民心目中的地位。为此，云南省领导
多次致信中央政府，希望中央出台切实有效的政策促进边疆经济的发展。本文以云南省

关于刘路破解“西塔潘猜想”的一些背景信息

最近关于中南大学22岁在校学生刘路因破解国际数学难题“西塔潘猜想”
（Seetapun enigma） 而被中南大学破格聘任为教授级研究员和奖励100万元的
消息和报道很多。为了激励儿子学习和钻研， 我也像多年做科研一样进行了文
献检索。以下信息来源于我的作业，给大家提供一点背景。
1、 关于“西塔潘猜想”
“西塔潘猜想”是西塔潘与他的博士后指导老师Theodore Slaman于1995年
共同发表的论文中提出的一个数学问题。是属于数理逻辑学方面的。它是拉姆齐定理（
Ramsey theorem）的一个分支问题。刘路解决了这一问题。论文至今还未发表出来，但
已通过了评审。将要刊登该论文的杂志为“Journal of Symbolic Logic”（ISSN:

摘要：介绍了船舶传染病隔离负压舱的空调系统设计的特点和思路,结合一典型传染病
舱模型进行空调系统设计,对舱内污染控制分区进行了分区设置,对换气次数、负压值、
空调负荷、空气处理等主要技术指标进行了计算和结果分析。结合舱内空调负荷介绍了
通风换气设备与节能措施,根据传染病隔离负压舱空调系统的特点选取了相应的热回收
装置,并描述了其工作原理和特点。

【摘要】目的:探讨缩宫素配合艾箱灸神阙、关元穴治疗产后出血的临床应用,为临床研
究提供可参考依据.方法:共纳入72例入住我院的出现产后出血的妊娠孕 妇作为研究对
象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予缩宫素配合艾箱灸神阙、关元
穴治疗,对照组给予单纯缩宫素治疗.比较两组治疗后2h、 12h、24h出血量及临床疗效.
结果:观察组孕产妇治疗总有效率94.5％,明显高于对照组的77.8％,差异比较有统计学
意义(P＜0.05).观察 组第三产程时间(12.42±4.29)min,产后2h出血量(51.84±6.23)
mL,产后2～12h出血量(91.78±6.74)mL,产后 12～24h出血量(205.24±21.52)mL,出血
