a 2-bed suite or not is entirely up to that hotel. The one I booked does
allow me to pick a 2-bed hotel, in the meantime I am a gold member, so for
the remaining days that I paid myself, I got to keep that 2-bed suites. But

没生过娃真是不知道怕！
我是顺产，宝宝头出来才看到脐带绕脖2圈，之前每次ob检查都说正常，overdue过后每
次stress test也很好，快40周的时候还做过一次B超都没提，这边OB好像不看脐带绕脖
这回事。宝宝每天都active，我压根儿没想到这回事。当然也有可能是出生往下的时候
才绕上的。
40+6早上破水，反正催产的几个小时候，都快开全的时候，当时有检测到宝宝心跳下降
到120，就给我上了氧气面罩（貌似在催产中很普遍），同时把催产素调低，然后宝宝
心跳就回到140左右了，当时一点不知道害怕，我还跟老公说氧气味道不好，不想带。
而且当时同一个OB的另外一个病人跟我同时开全，OB说那个宝宝胎心不稳定我们宝宝情
况很好就先去接生隔壁的宝宝。我当时有epidual不痛，而且还没找到push的感觉，觉
得没啥问题，等就等呗，现在想想真是害怕。
宝宝快出来的时候OB就跟我们说，如果有脐带绕脖就她减脐带，没有的话就让老公减。
如果宝宝出来情况好就直接抱到我胸前，如果不是很好需要处理就抱到旁边专门放宝宝

签证办公室（Visa Office）通过对cut-off dates的控制，在财政年度（每年十月为财年第一个月）的前三个季度对职业移民类缓慢释放签证名额（比如在2011财年，职业移民类前三季度仅仅发出了年度总额58.6%的签证数），在最后一个季度才大幅度移动cut-off days放出大量没用完的名额。导致绿卡申请人的等待时间被延长。并且由于移民局资源有限，如果在最后一个季度没有及时处理足够的申请，绿卡签证名额就会被浪费（移民法规定，一个财年没有用完的名额不能挪到下一年使用）。近年职业移民绿卡申请严重积压，如果绿卡名额再被浪费，积压的情况就会被加剧。
按季度分配27%的职业移民绿卡名额的好处：
1. 能缩短绿卡申请人的等待时间（比如很多申请人就能在２０１１年拿到绿卡而不必等到２０１２年夏天）；
2. 尽量避免绿卡签证名额的浪费
法律依据：
ＮＩＵ聘请了专业律师对移民法进行分析研究，认为签证办公室目前的季度分配现状不符合移民法第201条27%限额规定的立法精神，我们需要做的就是敦促移民局提高效率依法办事。

欧盟的问题好像是过于紧密了。国家个体的存在，注定联盟只能松散的存在，这个败笔
可能就是统一欧元的结果。欧洲各国之间差异太多，没有战争，只能靠公同的东西才能
慢慢走到一起。

i was snowboarding, and my board is long/wide and i am heavy, i crush all of
