这是一份五年的合同.
规定好, 在第一天, PM就拿$20M的签约金.
在第一个夏训营开始前, 如果他在大名单里(理所当然的),
又拿$3M的roster bonus.
最后2011年$X M的底薪, 在17个星期的赛季里每周给一张支票.
所以这份合约的所谓"guaranteed money", 就是$(20+3+X)M.
这个合同还规定, 在2011年赛季的超级碗结束后三天(2012/2/8),
到2012NFL年份开始的前5天(2012/03/08), 这30天里,
如果PM一直都还在扣子队里, 要再付给他$28M, 也是叫roster bonus.
如果过了03/08, PM还在扣子队, $28M又没有付给他,
那么必须在两天之内(03/10之前), 付$28M给他,
只是不叫"roster bonus"了, 改叫"non-excercise fee".
这个就是非付不可的了, 不能再把他放走了事.
那么, 扣子是不是可以和PM谈判,
把这个03/08, 03/10的期限推后, 再做考虑呢?

renegotiate deal希望他留下来最后又没谈成云云都是做给球迷看的。所有大扫除之后
，Polian说过其实Irsay自己早就做好了重建的决定，不过是想一步一步实施，尽可能
不失球迷的心而已。其实这事本身就是挺恶心的，不管你喜欢不喜欢，人家是老板，球

搞。如果白菜在的话，Irsay应该不会下那么大决心赶走Polian，也不大可能fire猪头

１．什么叫qualify?人家说过多少遍了，能做HC和能做position coach完全是两码事。
他是不是个合格的coach,26楼，２８楼都解释的很清楚了，也没见你回答阿，你这个缩
头乌龟怎么耸了？
2. 那场比赛我没看，不好评论。如果说球出手后，本来就只有PI没有holding。当然
裁判可能误判，球有没有出手本来就是一瞬间的事。
3. 不是赢SB当然不会叫蛋鸡猪头，第一他长得不像猪头，第二队伍建设摆在那里。蛋
鸡play call有问题早就被人批评，我也骂过，但他从来没有JC这种离谱的错。这个版

为啥其他许多急需QB的就没有Irsay这个魄力和决心呢？ 当然你可以说丫厚颜无耻。
那一年就算大白菜因伤缺赛整个赛季， 凭扣子当年的实力， 闭着眼睛赢6-8场都不是
问题， 结果他丫硬生生的搞了个2-14。

, the most important guys to define the success of an NFL team is the combo
of GM and HC plus a very smart/supportive and patient owner. For Colts, they
have/had Bill Polian(one of the very best GMs in the league for the last
almost 20 years)-Tony Dungy-Jim Irsay. For Pats, they have/had Scott Pioli-
