JC的playoff records 比蛋鸡圣人SB 之后的两年的playoff records还好
当然 你肯定视而不见 或者 all glory went to PM了
大部分人在这个版上混的时间也不短了

I personally don't like BB, But you have to give him the credit on his
coaching.
Pats owner has done a lot of charity work throughout years. His wife was
well respected by a lot of ordinary people who got benefit from the

发帖数: 9385 | 29 今天回顾一下我扣的赛季，越发觉得pagano的职场功力实在是牛逼。
赛季开始前，我扣是目标直指superbowl，结果连季后赛都没进。可算是史上最可笑的
失败了。本来的谣传是pagano铁定走人。结果居然最后180度大反转，拿了四年合同留
任。
我扣赛季开始时的权利架构从上到下差不多是irsay，grigson，pagano，assistant
coaches，players。pagano相当于一个二线manager，顶头上司非常micro manage，最
重要的手下之一oc直接听命与顶头上司，处境相当的尴尬，基本处于被半架空的状态。
我们来看看他是怎么做到留任的。首先团结手下队员，几乎手下所有大牌都支持他。然
后借着offense表现不好，砍掉异己oc，提拔自己的亲信。接下来用最后一场演讲打动
老板，让自己留任。最后还力推grigson留任，免得再给自己找个不好的顶头上司。斗
争的最后结果是，自己肃清了手下，和以前的上司平起平坐，甚至高上一筹。牛啊！ |
