感，导致irritation，从而导致想咳嗽。是一个恶性循环。
要多喝水，吞咽有异物感可能是因为喉咙干燥引起的。要是咳嗽咳不出东西出来的话，
就尽量不要咳嗽。喉咙痒的时候吞口水代替咳嗽。这样坚持一个星期，应该可以停止咳
嗽。
喉咙不痛得厉害的话就不需要吃消炎药。要是过一段时间还不好的话，建议你找个ENT

. 最近这段时间厉害了, 两个多星期前腹部涨痛特别频繁, 原来医生给的Hyoscyamine
tablet吃了好些 (doctor think i have irritable bowel syndrome), 但是第二天,
尤其是下午4,5点又开始了腹部涨痛. 揉肚子感觉很多气, 可是出不来. 现在吃晚饭都
有压力了, 吃了后感觉更厉害, 侧身休息会缓解.

发帖数: 81 | 8 可能每个宝宝不一样吧，我娃一直用swaddler，一直都没有长过尿布疹，换1号后漏倒
是漏过几次（感觉1号没有N号的做工好）。
我们的diapering regime 是这样的：
白天：每次吃奶都检查尿布，如果觉得尿比较多就换，此外只要听见拉屎就马上换。家
里看孩子的人多，所以每次拉屎基本都有人听见。
晚上：只要听见拉屎就换，否则尿布非常非常满才换，有时候一夜不换，大多时间半夜
换一次。
换尿布：用P家的sensitive wipe，多擦几遍，一般有大便就用3-5张不等，没有用一张。
擦完上屁股油（A+D），然后包新尿布。
我们是男娃，除了洗澡的时候不洗屁股，怕尿床也不晾屁股。
我觉得（没有什么根据），毛巾不容易处理干净，而且有点糙（尤其是干毛巾），所以
比较信任wipe，一次性，而且滑滑的不磨屁股； 屁股油很好用
，我们最初的两个星期没有用，总是有尿布粘在屁股上的情况，导致有轻微的
irritation，上了屁油之后irritation好了。 |

，我问了他上火在西方有没有同等的term，他说有，inflammation或者irritation,就
是发炎。
我用一种很形象的方式跟他解释上火，就是体内有一种burning的感觉，部位可以是牙
齿肿痛，可以是眼睛疼痛，可以是喉咙肿胀，情绪焦躁，坐立不安，脾气火爆，他说，
用英语解释：那就是发炎。我还特意查了查wiki，inflammation果真这个词有fire的解
释。
所以呀，呵呵，中医西医还是可以部分相通的。

故事的发生是这样的。。。。。1970年代，北卡的林业部门为了控制害虫，从中国引进
了这种七星瓢虫，放养在西部山区。后来虽然这个项目证明意义不大，七星瓢虫仍然成
功的把北卡变成了自己的家。而且，非常amzaing的是，短短的二三十年里，七星瓢虫

统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以
抵抗感冒病毒。一旦这些功能出了问题，遇到压力或其它诱因时才会诱发抑郁。治疗抑

it causes some irritation, make you cough and your eyes water a little bit.
I was irritated, but not so much that i can't hit a man-sized target in room
distance. and some people are born immune to them.
the same goes for OC spray. it also has no effect whatsoever on meth heads.

1989年10月1日前夕，上海市府举办招待酒会，庆祝PRC 建国40周年。来宾中有美
国驻上海总领事。原上海复旦大学校长谢希德，在招待酒会上主动问美国总领事“我们
要作甚麽事，才能解决方励之问题？”。大使立即将谢的举动转告我们。

最近在上mood disorder，现学现卖了，说得不对的地方专家们指出哈：）
统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生，要不不知道自己患病，或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的，只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明，有基因的因素，有环境的因素，也有其它因素，也有可能什么
trigger也没有，人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了，太严了，等等造成那人自杀
，不一定，抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样，都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了，如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的，就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力，就像身体通常情况可以
抵抗感冒病毒。一旦这些功能出了问题，遇到压力或其它诱因时才会诱发抑郁。治疗抑
郁症唯一的办法是吃药，其它都是辅助治疗，不吃药，其它任何治疗都没用。一定一定
一定一定一定要就医，因为几乎所有的抑郁症患者都会发展到自杀倾向的那一步，在抑
郁症患者眼中，生活是黑暗的，没有阳光的，日子特没意思，长久下来，还不如一了百了
