试了一下Iron chef morimoto 的店，乏善可陈，没啥出彩的地方。
8道菜的晚餐，基本上不能吃饱。
第一道，toro tartar
toro 碎里面混了点碎排差，上面加点鱼子酱，放在淡酱油里。我好像在iron chef 的
节目里见他做过。
吃起来非常一般，剁碎的toro没有质感，一点点鱼子酱，装门面，起不到挑味的作用，
陪的一颗杨梅还不错。
第二道，3个生蚝
三只小蚝，侍者没说是什么，应该是sister points.
三种调料，对亚洲食客来讲都不陌生，除了蚝很鲜之外，没啥好说的。
第三道，油泡白鱼
好像是白鱼的生鱼片，上浇热香油，热辣椒油，酱油，再点一点海胆。
实际效果很差，泡油鱼能好吃吗？
第四道，鱼生色拉
里面的鱼生水平很高，绝对高货。可是色拉是拿酸醋拌的，醋和生鱼不配呀。

通过吃加了iron的米糊来补充，还有肉类尤其是牛肉里含铁也很多。
如果实在想买的话，还有whole foods啊target啊什么的，无数其他店可以去看看。

，fluoride的vd。后来儿医来的时候我忘了再确认了。
我现在已经开始慢慢加辅食了，gerber的含iron米粉，我自己也在吃prenatal vitamin
，还有必要吗，好像补铁多了容易便秘吧？另外我们的饮用水是含有fluoride的，这也
是我的顾虑之一。

normally i shot 110 -120 yards for 9 iron( including rolling distance). last
sunday, i try to turn my wrist when contact, man, the ball hit so far,
about 150 yards, including rolling. try 7 iron, at least 170 . really dont
believe it since i used to use 7 iron to approach 140 -150 target. |

To me, the first thing you need fix is your ball position. your ball
position for your driver is even further back than your iron shot. that's
not right IMO. I dont know what iron you were hitting in the video, but even
for short iron. your ball position is still too close to your right foot.
Unless some specific shot, you should put your ball no further back than the
center of your stance, or maybe one ball back to the center. And gradually
move forward to y |

不一样。真正的距离是看在场上你是不是有信心打出一个距离。在场上，如果我离
GREEN 中央１５０ YARDS 左右，风小的话，我就会用７ IRON。
１２０ YARDS 对于新手确实不错，但是球滚２０－３０YARDS好象不好，说明弹道太低
，停不住。 我觉得我的７ IRON 落地后不会前滚超过５YARDS。高手则可以让球往后滚

even few of my friends who routinely hit 80s still struggle sometimes into
low 90s
btw, if your driver is good, you can get away from playing irons from
shorter course or blue/white tee, which could get you lower score.
my case is different, my driver is like "成也萧何，败也萧何", when it is on,
no need iron, and low score, but when it is off, big number usually come
out from it. recovery shots are horrible since i dont have solid irons, make
me wonder often, that i might be better of j |

iron play so much worse than my averge. otherwise may break 100 there.
driver swing is more of sweep feeling, while iron swing is more of up and
down...

playing player's set would pretty much ruin your learning process, not to me
ntion ego. some set is aiming for ppl have solid swing and look for control.
my buddy got a new MP58, and his iron distance is notablely short. i picked
a $9 demo beginner 6 iron at store, the distance is far more than my MP52 6
iron.

2. It is - If Everything Else (grip/clubhead) kept the the same, switching to lighter shaft will generate more clubhead speed.
I don't have a number to back it up, but to me the cavity-style r7 CGB Max irons have significantly larger clubhead, which translates to heavier, when comparing to muscleback-style AP2.
So the total weight of CGB might not be any lighter (if not heavier) than AP2.

简单的说IRON是往下打，DRIVER是往上打，HYBRID正好在它们之间
一般来说LONG IRON往下打，要打准，比较难
HYBRID的头比IRON大，会帮你把球打起来，所以正好用来给我们业余的
160 yards, 是我以前最喜欢的，24度HYBRID，自然一挥，不加力，不减力，165。
不过，最近长了距离，搞得需要控制了，165就让位给5IRON了

但是这一周， 突然球都起不了。好像半年没打球了。。。感觉身体发僵。。。没有awareness...
