才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。

采取的“双反”措施违反世贸规则。
多位接受采访的业内人士表示，这份裁决报告，在对“公共机构”的认定和双重救
济两个重 要 问 题 上 ， 推 翻 了 去 年1 0月W T O专家组报告的有关裁定，支持了
中方的主张，其重大意义在于美国已经延续五年的对华“双反”调查的错误做法今后将
不能再延续，同时对其他可能对中国采取 “双反”措施的国家也有相当大的震慑作用。

Multiple media sources are reporting that South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley
will indeed name Rep. Tim Scott to be the next senator from South Carolina.
Scott will serve for two years, and then presumably run in a special
