首先，我觉得你的车座椅一定要有adjustable lumar support. 没有的话可以去买一个
放在腰后面 主要是你的lumbar spine一定要有support。也就是inward curve的部分。
另外保证你的膝盖跟hips尽量在一个高度，减少lumbar压力。
prolong sitting肯定会加重low back pain.这也是为什么现在大多数公司都提倡sit
stand workstation. 坐在车里是一个道理。
结合你的情况， 如果你已经感到low back pain， 如果平躺抬脚感觉臀部和大腿有
numbness活着tingling， 有腰椎间盘突出压迫神经可能， 建议去骨科拍片。 mri和
xray都很容易看出来。
肌肉酸痛是腰椎压迫神经时候， 肌肉代偿性的承受更多压力造成的。
建议同时咨询pt。 会有些stretch 会缓解， 但不会根治腰痛。只有保持neutral 姿势
才会阻止情况变坏。 |

1. The ground qround the house needs at least 1'of 5" sloping outward. This
house has inward or relatively leveled ground. It needs re-grading to keep
water away from the house.
2. The basement walls have water seepage. Water stains and efflorescence are
noted on walls and floor joint. It needs re-grading and installing sump
pump system.
3. Mold on basement ceiling and attic roof deck.

circular area about 1 feet in diameter stones are loose and bulge inward.
The owner alleged that that area like this way when she bought the house 8
years ago. I did not see water trace in that area.
Is it possible there once was water freezing between wall and basement a
long time ago and, therefore the stones moved toward inside? A previous
owner fixed the leaky problem but left the bulging stone wall alone.

That is less important. An in-ground pool can easily collapse if you drain
the water! A pool liner can only hold itself if there is water pushing it
against the wall. If you remove the water, the pool walls can slide in due
to under-ground water, and collapse inward. Even it does not collapse, the
liner can have big stretches when you refill water, and it can tear holes
under the waterline in your liner.

我的frameless shower door做了两个panel, 一个固定，一个can swing inward and
outward。现在发现活动的那片有点下垂，因为关上时会在top处碰到固定的那一片。
glass contractor说大于30"最好做两片。MM 你有没有玻璃门下垂问题出现?据说
frameless玻璃这问题挺多的。我下星期就去找他们。

的单子。
昨天，护士通知去一趟。
今天去了，见x-ray发现如下：
There are 5 non-rib-bearing lumbar vertebral bodies. There are mild
degenerative changes with tiny ventral osteophytes at a few of the levels,
mild disk space narrowing at some of the levels, and facet hypertrophic
changes more prominent in the lower lumbar region. There is inward concavity
of some of the endplates.
医生说没事，去做做physical therapy吧。我坚持要了个MRI的order。下周去做。
