This video shows that the supposed clock invention by a 14 year old is

You didn't get it.
Annals+JAMS+inventions+Acta

generation of scientific pioneers
The coronavirus plague will hasten our transition to the third great
innovation revolution of modern times. These revolutions arose from the
discovery, beginning just over a century ago, of the three fundamental
kernels of our existence: the atom, the bit and the gene.
The first half of the 20th century, beginning with Albert Einstein’s 1905
papers on relat...

By Mark Steyn
March 17, 2012 4:00 A.M.
Our lesson for today comes from George and Ira Gershwin:
They all laughed at Christopher Columbus
When he said the world was round
They all laughed when Edison recorded sound
They all laughed at Wilbur and his brother
When they said that man could fly
They told Marconi wireless was a phony . . .
Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers sang it in the film Shall We Dance? (1937).
Seventy-five years on, the president revived it to tap dance aro...

Long hours of charging your handsets or cellular phones may soon become a
thing of the past.
Eesha Khare, an 18-year-old girl from Saratoga, California, has invented an
ultra fast charging gadget that can load power into a phone in just 20
seconds.
Dubbed as "supercapacitor," this power-storage gadget is able to dispense 10
,000 recharge cycles, which is practically 10 times the performance of
conventional batteries. It also comes in a tiny package that can hold power
load for a much longer time...

Most of great work does not need a large amount of money. When I am
revisiting all Nobel prize work, most of them just need small money and
several persons. A big surprise is that some persons commercializing key
inventions received Nobel Prize. One of example is Carl Bosch for Invention
and development of chemical high pressure methods from ammonia synthesis and
hydrogen making (Nobel Chemistry Prize 1931). Another is Florey and Chain
leadership in penicillin commercialization (Noble Medicine ...

Why I Am Not A Christian
What Is a Christian?
Nowadays it is not quite that. We have to be a little more vague in our
meaning of Christianity. I think, however, that there are two different
items which are quite essential to anybody calling himself a Christian. The

and immortality. If you do not believe in those two things, I do not think
that you can properly call yourself a Christian. Then, further tha...
