因为我也和楼主有很类似的情况。或者，至少曾经。
我分享一下个人的心得：
如果真的有外在噪声：那么必须戴泡沫耳塞。耳塞用过后，用酒精泡洗，晾干，可以重
复用。
同时，可以考虑服用sleep pills，注意只能少量。
如果其实并没有外在噪声，那么就是intrusive thoughts，具体请wiki是什么意思。明
白了是intrusive thoughts之后，只要自己发现有它们的存在而睡不着，那么就提醒自
己，默念：不过是intrusive thoughts而已，relax, calm down, it'll be fine,
nothing to worry about。必要时，默念例如如来佛祖观世音菩萨或者god等等。
如果晚上睡眠不好，那么白天要补觉。
如果睡眠不好影响到精神不好，头痛等等，那么服用某些保健品，我个人服用natural
astaxanthin softgel，对我很有效，即使睡眠不好也不会导致精神不好，非常增强我
的信心，具体请网查。另外我也补充维生素等。至于其他的可能有效的保健品，请自己
调研。
