首先哄睡要及时，宝宝在困了的时候，身体会释放帮助入睡的荷尔蒙，如果过了那个阶
段还没入睡，身体就释放一种兴奋的荷尔蒙，哄睡就变得困难很多了。所以要仔细观察
娃的drowsy cue，一旦揉眼睛，打呵欠，目光呆滞了就要开始培养睡觉的情绪了。或者
看好时间，五个月的娃醒的时间不要超过两小时。所以一个半小时就能开始了。
其次制造好的环境。我家装了超级遮光的窗帘，放下立马白天变黑夜了，主要是娃喜欢
到处看不肯睡，四周嘿下来有助于他入睡。(事实上喝奶也这样了。)睡前喂奶让他饱饱
的，然后放小床上拍睡。曾经sleep training,让他哭二十分钟入睡，现在放弃了，娃
如果不自己睡，我就摁住他拍睡，他吼两声反抗几下也就睡着了。
45
分钟必醒，我家的是要在第一时间抱起来摇，不然醒透了就不睡了。45分钟是肯定不够
的。你可以试试在接近45分钟的时候，把手放在娃的胸前，或者用毯子掖在娃的脖子下
面，轻轻哼，帮他从一个sleep cycle进入下一个cycle.一般能睡一个半小时，娃醒来

中间也许被苇草淤泥掩盖而已。
West River下船点旁边就是一个篮球场，许多精力充沛的黑人
小伙子喊声震天的，还不时看看我们这群intruder。帮主说，
这河一路上都不是很好的区。某些不友善的目光未免引起关于
