先低调的说一下amazon经历。amazon给俺发信三四次，要求俺去面试，没理。HR打电话
过来说为啥不理，俺说你们招聘职位太entry level，没兴趣。HR说那给你找个高层次
点的职位。过两天打电话来，说有个高级程序员的活，能不能给我们的hiring manager

发帖数: 1065 | 11 看到大家都很high，应该是不熟悉美国的legislative procedure。我来普及一下吧，
就说4点：
1)3012只是一个刚被introduced的bill。
2)任何议员都可以introduce bill，但根据历史统计，大多数的bill都只是被
introduced而已，得不到投票机会。
3)有很多bill house pass了，但Senate连投票的机会都不给。
4)3012是Jason Chaffetz的bill，大家可以查查他的bill史，两年提了差不多60个bill
，只有1个最终被enact，几乎所有的bill都停留在introduced的阶段。 |

这个公司的HR是林科因上发信给我的，由于GMAIL的FILTER我一周后才回信说有兴趣。
然后奇葩就开始了。因为是美国公司，都是AEST时间晚上11点后在SKYPE上开始面试得
的。
第一轮：HR和我聊了50分钟。
第二轮：美国总公司的部门经理和我聊了50分钟。
第三轮：Panel 面试，美国总公司的部门经理带了4个同事和我聊了50分钟。
第四轮：一个技术骨干早上给我发题目做，晚上我交给他，他和我讨论题目和扩展开技
术问题，聊了50分钟。
第五轮：他们德国分公司的部门经理，和我聊了５０分钟。之前HR已经和我说，他是最
后个和我说话的人了……而我面试后也顺理成章地发了感谢信。
想不到今天凌晨收到回信，baby one more time! ＨＲ说还有两件事情：１HR和我谈
