halfway in my run, I felt that I was
pushing pretty hard, and thought of stopping at around 5 miles. But then I
measured my heart rate, and it said
170. "Only 170?" I thought, "I can certainly do better than that." And all
of a sudden, it just felt easier. It's just
so true that running is 100% mental. Most of the time, you are only limited
by your will power. |

打，怎么打怎么上风球，根本不担心被对方抓住弱点一口吃死。李娜现在比赛遇到困难
，线路和旋转上的变化要比以往丰富很多，不像10年半决赛跟小威打，就是拉开架势死
打，失误稍微一多就不行了。再加上中国观众瞎喊，输了不冤。赢球要靠实力，说多了
没用。当然现在也不是很完美，决赛里还是有挥拍乱打的情况。我觉得还有上升空间。
只要没有伤病，再加上完善技术，未来两三年基本可以维持大满贯前四的水准。现在看
李娜打球，感觉刚刚开窍。看看欧美选手江河日下，这娃那娃的球其实都比较单薄。法

up a little. Mentally also need to be able to switch between fighting mode
and relax mode seamlessly. Isner is kind of an extreme example of this
particular tanking. His humongous serve backs him up well. The marathon
match he played with Mahut justifies/reassures his strategy. It's kind of
natural choice for him.

topspin and air it's more of fluid dynamic, spin from the ball compresses
air around it and cause it to dip down fast. All made sense at the time, but
what I saw was the ball really wasn't spinning THAT fast before it even
dips... only after the bounce the spin is significant...

for a RPG game to be fun, here is a checklist:
1) a very interesting plot that keeps you thinking thru out the game (fail,
game has no plot)
2) many side quests that will add to the story, not just repetitive hacking
monsters (add almost nothing to the story)
3) no needless grinding by killing monsters to level up. and maze design
should be interesting or intriguing, not just big and repetitive (fail, fail
, fail). |
