不变， 做relink/interfiling，应该不需要再file 140了吧。 我的感觉是只要自己给
uscis写封信就可以了， 甚至不要惊动公司律师？ Downgrade的时候， 已经批准的
eb2 140应该还有效吧. |

降级后EB3 receipt上PD被USCIS错写成04/25/2011. I-485 receipt上错写成 EB2
category.从2014年12月开始做了5次SR，联系了两个议员，两次infopass，要求USCIS
将以上两个错误改过来。一直无果。
今天突然收到几个USCIS回复，同意I-485将按EB3处理，但没有理会我的将EB2 PD（05/
11/2010）transfer 到EB3 的要求。这样我的EB3 PD：4/25/2011）下个月就不current
了。
我该怎么办？难道要求USCIS 从EB3 转回EB2？

and it probably takes at least a few months for USCIS to approve your case...

发帖数: 425 | 29 你是不是没和你律师说清楚。你EB2已经批准了而且任然有效，你需要interfile你的
485到EB2 140. 从你的律师回复，我感觉他要打算帮你从新申请140的赶脚。
问问你的律师，降级的时候是不是给你file的新eb3 140还是replace了你已经批准的
eb2 140.如果是后者，你估计需要从新申请I140. 关键是要确认I140仍然有效,之前
file过不等于现在仍然有效。祝你好运。 |

which was yesterday, can't tell how long it will take.
四月份的时候交回去了体检RFE。TSC的。
请问：这样一般还需要等多少时间得到回复；另外这是不是意味着relink自动完成不需
要再interfile了？

the more you 'reach' out to the USCIS the more there is a possibility that
something might go wrong in the sense of delays. We do interfile requests
but will have to charge your employer a filing cost to 'relink' the case and
the USCIS never acknowledge the changes in a written document. Please have
your manager approve the process of $500 + $50 for us to move forward as

了后也发了interfiling request。本来抓紧时间renew EAD/AP就好了，但LD最近需要
回国。然后问题就来了，EAD renew期间回国会不会被据入境? 因为renew申请用一个I-
94,再入境又发一个，不知道USCIS会怎么处理。也不知道这段时间出境会不会对其他申
请有影响。 |

之后打过3个电话问进程. 她都说没消息.
2015.6.16今天第三次电话senator office. 她貌似不耐烦,说反正还没消息她也不能催
而且五月份到现在也没过多久. 偶问说那如果我找其他议员会不会更好.她说找其他的
话要让其他人跟她联系因为她已经找过TSC而且ESTABLISH A CONGRESSIONAL HEARING?
我问能不能撤了给她的REQUEST, 这样我找其他议员就不用联系她她说不行...
我是不是很过分? 该怎么办?谢谢各位. |
