the more you 'reach' out to the USCIS the more there is a possibility that
something might go wrong in the sense of delays. We do interfile requests
but will have to charge your employer a filing cost to 'relink' the case and
the USCIS never acknowledge the changes in a written document. Please have
your manager approve the process of $500 + $50 for us to move forward as
this a company driven process and we should get your employer's approval
before we move forward. |

我的律师更黑：
他说我从EB2 amended to EB3，要再回去EB2，我得再amend back to EB2重交140
我没理他直接自己relink了 |
